Devin M.Jaime came by the property and within 5-10 minutes was able to determine the work could be done. The required was a dedicated 30 amp circuit for our dryer. He said there would be additional cost for using dedicated metal conduit. He provided an initial estimate of $833 for the work. Research done prior matched the range for this type of work ($600 -1000) $600 is the low-end for an unlicensed contractor. I felt it was important to spend extra for a fully licensed and bonded electrician. We agreed to get the work done on Saturday. Jaime showed up with his partner to complete the work around 9:45am. I left to finish preparing for our move. Jamie completed the work at 12:15pm to very positive results. Everything was done, very neat and tidy. My landlord asked him to cap the gas line, which he did for a small nominal fee.
