Jay was available on short notice. We lost power to our AC and heater unit but we are not sure if this is a HVAC issue or electrical system issue. Jay came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me when he bypassed the switch on the AC unit, it turns on ok. So the issue was with the AC. Jay then waived the diagnosis charges. We didn't need to pay him anything. Very nice experience.

Jay came out to my parents house to check if their electrical panel needed to be upgraded as they are thinking to get a ductless air conditioning unit put in.

Jay let them know the panel was still in good condition and didn't need to be changed or upgraded to accommodate new air unit. Jay was professional and honest which they appreciated and will definitely use JJ electric for any future electrical needs.

What a great experience! Jay answered the phone and came by to look at the job (adding a power outlet behind a television on a wall, so the tv cords won't be visible). Jay came up with a way to do it with no wall patch-up work needed, quoted it and got back to me within an hour. He was just finishing another job and fit me in same day! He came when expected, did the job with his partner, cleaned up and moved furniture back. He was very nice and professional and had good ideas about a future project.

I called up Jay today to see if he had time to squeeze me in for a hopefully straightforward circuit breaker problem. I have an old 1958-sonstruction home with original panels and breakers, so it was time for a replacement for the 30-amp! He fortunately had the old-style breakers on-hand just in case and was able to replace it on the fly, saving a bunch of time and food, since the fridge was on the same circuit! Pricing was more than competitive and helped tipped the scales, in addition to being located near Campbell. Thanks Jay and thank you to your assistant electrician as well!
