Definitely needs to learn about customer service! I understand service charges but He came out and literally just flipped my circuit breaker which solved my electrical issue but charged me 250.00 which I felt was unreasonable especially since he didn't do anything! I wouldn't mind paying 65.00 service fee for his time but felt he lost all future jobs due to his integrity :(

Jim was Referred to me this morning from somebody on Facebook. I called him right away after checking his yelp. He answered the call immediately, and it was at our home within 30 minutes. (Over the holiday too!) He was extremely professional, very kind, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to fix our electric problems and also hang a chandelier for us while adding a dimmer switch. Very nice, polite, and professional. Would highly recommend!
