Guy in a Jim's Electrical Truck pulled out directly in front of me on Lowell Road today, nearly causing an accident. I don't know if he was impaired or if he's just utterly thoughtless. I would never hire anyone who cares so little about the safety of others.

Jim does an amazing job all throughout. Very caring and reasonable man with good prices and even better service. Jim talks you through and explains the work that is to be done and then proceeds to complete the job in little to no time at all. Not to mention his outstanding response time as he only takes a day or two to work you into his schedule rather then keep you waiting for weeks like other electrical companies. Overall Jim seems like a great guy who knows what he's doing and should serve as the premiere electrical company in the Bay

This makes more sense. I lost power to half of my house and Jim can come out tomorrow for a reasonable fee and see what's going on. No extra hundred bucks to get here sooner than two weeks like the first place I called. Jim sounded nice and knowledgeable. I'll update my review after tomorrow!

This is now tomorrow. The problem turned out to be ridiculously simple and Jim rectified it instantly, but the best thing is he turned out to be just as nice as he sounded on the phone last night, and incredibly willing to work with me to fit me in as soon as possible without making me lose my job by missing a strategic morning at work. Even though it turned out to be nothing, it was well worth the service charge to locate a reliable electrician for next time. Still five stars!

This local business is in my opinion one of the best. Jim is pleasant, reasonably priced, shows up on time and explains what he's doing and why. I called him and explained my issues at my home. Jim was easy accommodating me coming early the next morning. He got to work as soon as he arrived investigating where our problem in our home was. It took about an hour to nail it down as a wire in our attic had gone bad. He checked from start to finish was very through and cleaned up as best as he could as he worked. He wasted no time fixing the problem once he identified it and explain to us exactly what happened. His price is reasonable and I feel he's very trustworthy. Highly recommended for all your electrical needs.
