Just moved to the area and have had the FL vendor experience...
So promised a price and billed another, other never showed up etc. Needed some outlets fixed outdoors on the home we purchased. Called Wednesday and was given a Thursday morning appointment but ""the electrician will call you in the morning"" answer. Sure enough, Thursday morning I got my call from Chris confirming his arrival time etc. He was prompt, pleasant and nice neat work. Pricing was very reasonable for tasks accomplished. Jimmy Rowell Electric Svs will be on my regular list of ""go to"" vendors.

When Mr. Rowell came to our home to quote our job which was to wire for and install three ceiling fans. We were assured that he would send an electrician, and helper to do the job. The job was done today, and I am sorry to say we were not pleased with the service we received. At 8:00 this morning a company van pulled into our driveway. One man introduced himself and when we asked where his helper was, he stated there was no helper just him. He was a mature man of 70 years old, he was extremely over qualified for this small job. We expressed our concerns about him working in the attic. He said no problem and set about his task. One of the reasons we decided to hire Mr. Rowell was that he assured us that his ""crew"" would clean up after themselves. Not true my wife was his clean up person she and I spent the next seven hours cleaning after him, he left his tools all over our place, and spent about an our over the day chatting with my wife and I. When he handed us his bill he was charging us more than the agreed price, which we negotiated down to a more reasonable level. I will never call this company again or recommend them to anyone.
