Absolutely one of the worst companies I've worked with. They no showed to their appointment and said the reason they didn't show was because our company was a low priority and they were very busy. They said they would contact me again next week to see if they could ""fit me in."" Also said, ""We were doing your company a favor by coming to do this job."" First off, they provided a quote and proposed service which I agreed to. Not once did they say it was a ""favor"" or a non-customary job for them. Appalling customer service. I emailed and called multiple times since this was a job I needed done and they had already seen the issue and were confident they could fix it, but I received NO emails or calls back. Never, ever use this company.
