When I called to inquire about service, after explaining that I was having trouble with power surges, the gentleman I was speaking to told me somebody would be out between 12 and 12:30 in the afternoon. They arrived a little bit before noon, and began testing outlets and checking to see exactly what was happening with the lights dimming and oscillating fans slowing when other appliances were in use. They then went to the breaker box to check the connections and the breakers themselves, and also opened the service panel that connects to Edison's transformer. They explained that I would need a few breakers replaced because some of the wiring should have been separated, and was not. After checking the electrical connections that supply from the transformer, they concluded that the major problem was from that source. That all the work they did would help keep electrical flow, consistent once the power problem from the transformer was fixed. I am now waiting for Edison to come out and take care of their side of the problem. All in all, the four gentleman who came out we're really nice. I did end up spending a little bit more money than what was initially told to me, but they spent a good amount of time, figuring out what the source of the issue was. For that I am thankful, and I feel that the money was well spent.

The electrical technician did a great job inspecting my electrical system damage , Removed and installed A/C and heaters in less than one day. Super job! Great clean up too.
