Jonathon and his crew installed a closet light for me. They were incredibly helpful because there was actually no power near where we needed it, so they fed the power from the bathroom to the closet itself. They did a lot of work in a little amount of time with no damage to anything. They even made sure to clean up any mess that was made. I am so relieved to have this process go smoothly and easily. And it looks exactly how I wanted it.

Jonathan & his assistant installed a ceiling fan in our upstairs, extremely hot, San Fernando Valley, APARTMENT!!!

There was no power outlet or light fixture for it be connected to. They skillfully made it happen and we are delighted!

They TOTALLY could have charged us WAY more for what they did. They exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond our check list for:

Punctuality = They were on time!

Professionalism = They conducted himself/respect & integrity. It was just my toddler and I who were home when the job had to be done and we felt safe and at ease.

Cleanliness = They prepared the area in which they worked & super conscientious of any leftover debris or dust. Adamantly aware of cleanliness!

Availability = They answer the phone + returns calls in a timely manner.

Affordability The rates are incredibly affordable, which made it possible for us to do this project in an apartment, which we all know is hard one to put money into.

Jonathon did a great job on the installation of an electrical vehicle charger for me. I live in a multi-unit condominium complex which made getting power to my designated parking space was a bit difficult. I had two other electricians come out for estimates. One of which never followed through with an estimate and the other gave an outrageously expensive bid for the job. Jonathan not only gave a reasonable bid for the job, he helped me get through the hurdles of permits and inspections that were a bit more involved because the installation was not in a single family home. I highly recommend him for and of your electrical needs.

Jonathan and his team are absolutely fantastic. I have hired them for multiple jobs at my live work space loft. Him and his team have gone above and beyond for me every time to ensure 100% satisfactory results. Overall happy with my experience.
I had an emergency request for my 3 year old water heater had given out - apparently GE water heaters have a lot of issues and I didn't know this when my plumber had installed it but Mr. Build Electrical Co was able to send someone over the next morning. The technician arrived on time and only took maybe 15 mins to install the new part. I would definitely recommend them for their customer service, prices and professionalism.

Jonathon and his crew are a rare find. Not only is he a skilled electrician but he is a humble and honest guy. I had my entire art gallery to light and they executed our design beautifully and on a strict timeline. I received a referral for Mr. Build electric through a home advisor website. I reached out to three electricians however only one responded. Jonathon promptly arrived for review of the project and immediately followed up with a full estimate. The project is multifaceted and he didn't miss a single line item on his estimate.

I hate writing bad reviews, especially when no services were even rendered. My friend is a disabled woman, and after the Halloween rain on Friday, most of her outlets were all dead. All three GFI's were tripped, along with three of the four circuit breakers in the panel (house built in the late 30's early 40's) Anyway, scheduled service with Mr. Build through service Masters website. Jonathan was very prompt in calling, and explained that though he was tied up on a job in Manhattan Beach, he could come by the house in the evening when he wrapped up his other job. All good. However, he called at 4:45, then again at 5:05, I called him back at 5:15, and he said that he could not find the house. I was shocked, as the house address comes up on a Google map search without any issue (he confirmed the address he had, and it was correct.) Google search even has a picture of her house with her car parked in the driveway, just as it was parked (same car) all day today. He offered to come back later in the evening. however, when I asked him his location he said he was in North Hollywood.

I lived in Manhattan beach (204 El Porto St.) for two years, and worked in Hollywood at Sunset and Highland, so I know that it is virtually impossible to get from Westchester to North Hollywood in 30 minutes. As a matter of fact, I live in the Hollywood hills (Runyon Canyon) and it took me the better part of an hour to get to Westchester this morning to look at the issue for my friend myself. I guess this evening was a LA commuter's dream evening....

Now I know that we live in a dynamic world, but don't tell me that you could not locate a home that has not moved (except during an earthquake) since 1939, especially when your business requires you to know how to locate addresses and locations. It took me 30 seconds to locate the address on Google maps using a chrome browser.

So, now she has to go another day without the use of her refrigerator, microwave, bathroom lights, and use her fixed income to buy a delivered meal for the next day while we have some other electrician to come and look at the problem. I have no doubt that Jonathan is a very accomplished electrician. All I asked for was a little honesty, but I guess it was too much to ask for today. Hopefully we can get the issue resolved in the morning.

I called Jonathon yesterday afternoon as we had two power outlets that haven't been working for about a year and it was getting a little ridiculous that we had put it off for so long!
He was able to schedule me in the morning on the next day. He came in, looked at the breakers, turned one on, tested the outlets and problem solved! He was also nice enough to not charge me the full service charge as he was only here for a few minutes!
I am now incredibly embarrassed that I didn't catch that before calling an electrician but glad that I got someone that was actually honest and didn't overcharge me since he knew that I obviously had no idea what the issue was!

Definitely recommend!

There's impressive and then there's just fantastic all around. Jonathon is a great person to do business with. He's responsible, credible, and overall a genuine business person.
Someone having a great personality, though, isn't what we're looking for when searching for a good service. The work that's performed by him and his team is outstanding! The electrical job that he did was done in a shorter time, lower amount and better quality than anticipated all around.

You can call an electrician or you can call an electrical professional.... You guys are amazing!
