Is there less then 1 star? These people were sent by American home shield. They came out for my ceiling fans that weren't working. They showed at the end of November and said something was wrong with the motors in all 3 fans. They said that they were going to write of the request and send to AHS for approval and then get back to me when they had the approval. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. I got voicemail and left a message asking for a return call. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days. So I called AHS. They called Jets and told me that jets said they had to order parts and they'd be in in about 5 days. That was about 6 weeks ago. After multiple calls to Jets and AHS, I finally got the email of a local escalation person. I emailed her and within 2 days I suddenly had an appt for them to come out. Communication with Jets and AHS, sucks horribly.

Don't ever ever call these guys. These just simply charge money. Don't do job at all. Just these guys come to home and walk through and go and simply say items are not covered even without proper diagnosis. These guys are assigned by AHS home warranty company.

I was assigned to Jet Electric by my home warranty company American Home Shield (AHS). Jet electric came and fixed 1 of 3 problems. The technician told me AHS does not cover replacement of an LED fixture. I asked them how much it would cost to repair and was told $150, which is a lot for replacement of a fixture. He then said if I gave him a 5 star review he would do it for free and said he would come back. It was all a lie.
I called AHS and they informed me the item was covered. I never hear from the Jet Electric again. When I called AHS to request another electrical service company I was told I had to use Jet Electric again, but they assure me Jet Electric would assign a more senior technician and they would call me the next day to make an appointment. They never called. When I called Jet Electric they said the only technician is the one who tried to con me. I refused to have the same man back in my home so I was told they would see if they could find someone else and call me back.
They never called back once again. AHS called Jet Electric to ask them to assign another technician and Jet said there is no other technician. Jet Electric strung me along for 3 months. I highly recommend you avoid this company.

We experienced brown power during a PG&E red flag day and one of the lines in our electrical panel was damaged. Ron and his team showed up promptly to diagnose the issue and went out of their way to help. The replacement part was out of stock at the local distributor so they traveled further away to get the right part. His office also worked with me to secure the local permit for the repair. All throughout he was very good about keeping me updated on timing and status of the repair. Really appreciate his help and so glad to have power back in our home.

Technician was prompt and quickly assessed issues. Took pictures for me as ended up to be a PGE line issue and he wanted me to be able to show the meter results. He took the time to talk to PG&E and go over issue as well. I really appreciated how he handled and worked with the utility company for me. Also wore mask and explained in laymen's terms.

I placed service request with AHS and assigned Jet's Electical to fix the electric problem at home. I got scheduled by Jet's on the same day, tech showed up on time and did a good job fixing the problem. I will not hesitate to use its service again and I highly recommend for its professionalism and accommodating me specially during this pandemic!

do not use at any cost. they are liars. they will not ever show up. filing complaint with the state. they are not insured or bonded.

I ended up working with this company due to a home warranty repair on a water heater. For $75, they came out to look at my old water heater and that was the last I heard from them for a month and a half. I called to see what was up and they responded with a $650 bill for additional services. They wanted to bill me for components they knew I already had and were not in need of replacement, like earthquake straps. Much of the items had a 300% markup. I completely understand that there needs to be some markup, it's the cost of doing business, but when I asked why the markup was so high, he responded that my home warranty company doesn't pay enough to justify him coming out without having a generous markup on add-ons. How in the world is that my problem? If you don't make enough from home warranty work, don't be a referral for them!
I cancelled the job (and the home warranty service) and will find a more reputable and honest company to do the work.

Very Professional capable great customer service and the technician Julio that work on my house water heater was very polite and knowledgeable left the area clean and was able to answer all my questions and concerns !!!!!!

This is the first review I have ever left on yelp, but I have to get the word out on this company. 1 star is more than I think they deserve. I was referred to this company by my home warranty company AHS. Normally I hear from a company within 24 hours but with these guys I had to call them. They fixed/replaced 2 light fixtures that I didn't have a problem with and the ones that had the issue are operating the same. I called them back when I went to my house that's vacant and saw the same problem weeks later. I called them left messages, they don't return my phone calls, when the warranty company calls them they still don't call me back.
I now need to give AHS more money to go with someone else when these people didn't complete the job. Now I don't want them to.
