Jose from Jets was dispatched to us via American Home Shield to fix some faulty plugs. Granted, it's a simple job, but given my lack of handiness, we decided to bring someone in to handle it.
Jose showed up on time, fixed everything quickly and tested to make sure they worked, and gave tips on how I could knock this out myself in the future.
Glad we were able to get his help!

Assigned by AHS for a bathroom fan replacement. Despite the poor reviews on Yelp, I had a great experience with Ron and team. Came out promptly and on time to assess the situation, ordered the part needed, and scheduled a follow up visit to install the new part for the following week. No hassles or delays, did a great job.

I have an American Home Warranty for my elderly Mom. Some of her kitchen can lights went out and I called AHW. They promptly scheduled this electrical company to do the service and said they would contact me. However, I never received a call from them the first day, so I had to call and schedule the service myself. I made an appointment several days out and they gave me a 4 hour window. I was already very skeptical based on the previous reviews of this company. On the date of the appointment, at the end of the window they had not called or showed up. I called and they said they were ""running late"" and would be there in 30. They did show up 30 minutes later. The Tech was really nice, looked at the lights and took photos of the serial number. He said he would have to contact AHW to get authorization. Within about an hour Jets called me with authorization and scheduled to come back the next day to install. I scheduled the appointment and they showed up on time, with the proper parts. About an hour after they left, one of the lights they replaced stopped working. I called back and let them know. I scheduled another appointment with a 4 hour window and again they did not show up but they did call near the end of the time window to let me know they were running late again and they said they would be there in 30 minutes and he was. He replaced all the lights and they are still working. My Mom was pleased with the Technician that showed up and said he was really nice and did a good job. I just wish they could have given me a better update on when they would arrive on the day of service. I understand some jobs take longer than estimated or they run into problems.

Omg lifesavers! My water heater went out so I went through my home warranty and they sent out Jets Electric. The owner came out same day and gave me honest advice to wait an extra day for a higher quality unit to come back in stock, I really appreciated this. Friendly, responsive and quality work. Back to hot water and a happy customer! Will definitely recommend.

I placed service request with AHS and assigned Jet's Electrical to fix the electric problem(bathroom exhaust fan) at home on 10/26/2020. The technician came to my home on 10/28/2020 and took the existing fan with him saying that he will bring it back after fixing it with right parts. He never came back. I called the him 25 times last 100 days never my calls or responded to my voice mails. I called AHS multiple times they are saying that he never submitted any any report to them. Be careful that you might lose your equipment like I did.

Is there less then 1 star? These people were sent by American home shield. They came out for my ceiling fans that weren't working. They showed at the end of November and said something was wrong with the motors in all 3 fans. They said that they were going to write of the request and send to AHS for approval and then get back to me when they had the approval. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. I got voicemail and left a message asking for a return call. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days. So I called AHS. They called Jets and told me that jets said they had to order parts and they'd be in in about 5 days. That was about 6 weeks ago. After multiple calls to Jets and AHS, I finally got the email of a local escalation person. I emailed her and within 2 days I suddenly had an appt for them to come out. Communication with Jets and AHS, sucks horribly.

Don't ever ever call these guys. These just simply charge money. Don't do job at all. Just these guys come to home and walk through and go and simply say items are not covered even without proper diagnosis. These guys are assigned by AHS home warranty company.
