Awesome service! Highly recommended ! I had a broken bathroom light switch and needed it fixed right away. I posted a request on Yelp and Jet responded immediately. He is courteous and efficient. The repair was done on the same day and so quickly at a great price ! He even took time to look at another project I needed and gave me advice when I'm ready. I'm making a list and calling Jet again. Jet was able to come to my residence within and hour and trouble shoot/fix my electrical outlet problem. He invited me to accompany him as he went through the process of finding the cause of the dead outlet. He started from the breaker box to the different outlets and even the tracking the nomex (electrical) wiring in the attic. He discovered wiring on one of the GFCI had detached due to faulty installation. He did all this work within a hour. Good service and quality work. I highly recommend him!

My experience with Jet's Electrical exceeds a 5-Star rating. I contacted several companies for quotes. Not only was price my concern, but I had to feel comfortable with the person. Jet told me to call which I did right away. He was even on a job while we spoke and didn't rush through the conversation asking me questions about the job I needed done. We were able to communicate well until an agreement was reached. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns in a professional, ethical and organized manner. Jet came a few days later and did a great job changing 4 of my old light fixtures and switches. I also had him replace a wall outlet that was malfunctioning. I'd definitely call Jet again. He built a trust in me which is a high priority of mine.

Our smoke detectors started going off on Tuesday night and we couldn't figure out what happened so the next morning I was trying to look on Yelp and i stumbled across Jets page. So I messaged him and he responded right away. He came and changed all of our smoke detectors because it was more then 10 years old . He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I called Jet's Electrical to service my in-laws home in Pearl City. Home was 40+ years old with some original outlets. My wife worries that the electrical circuitry in their home was getting faulty because of homes age. Outlets for some kitchen appliances and lighting occasionally worked which was her concern. Jet's Electrical(himself) texted me the day before to confirm the date and arrived promptly with professionalism. He addressed and fixed all the faulty wiring and appliance problems. He explained what were some causes and also shared some safe preventive maintenance tips on what to do on old homes which comforted my wife concerns. He went as far as putting the time back on the kitchen appliances which shows he's very meticulous clean and mindful of the home he's working in. Thank you Jets electrical for your quick response and amazing service! We had a broken outlet that caused our electrical circuit to go down. Jet fit us into his schedule and fixed the outlet quick. Explained his work to me and helped me understand our old electrical system. We had some trouble with the old circuit boxes of the building, but later that day all outlets were back up and running.

Jet is such a great worker! Very reliable, knowledgeable, and prompt! He cares about what your needs are and listens to all of your request/concerns. He installed 3 fans and a light fixture in our condo. He even put in his opinion on how the wire molding would look best. The fans are now seems less and not an eyesore.
