My experience with Jet's Electrical exceeds a 5-Star rating. I contacted several companies for quotes. Not only was price my concern, but I had to feel comfortable with the person. Jet told me to call which I did right away. He was even on a job while we spoke and didn't rush through the conversation asking me questions about the job I needed done. We were able to communicate well until an agreement was reached. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns in a professional, ethical and organized manner. Jet came a few days later and did a great job changing 4 of my old light fixtures and switches. I also had him replace a wall outlet that was malfunctioning. I'd definitely call Jet again. He built a trust in me which is a high priority of mine.

Our smoke detectors started going off on Tuesday night and we couldn't figure out what happened so the next morning I was trying to look on Yelp and i stumbled across Jets page. So I messaged him and he responded right away. He came and changed all of our smoke detectors because it was more then 10 years old . He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I called Jet's Electrical to service my in-laws home in Pearl City. Home was 40+ years old with some original outlets. My wife worries that the electrical circuitry in their home was getting faulty because of homes age. Outlets for some kitchen appliances and lighting occasionally worked which was her concern. Jet's Electrical(himself) texted me the day before to confirm the date and arrived promptly with professionalism. He addressed and fixed all the faulty wiring and appliance problems. He explained what were some causes and also shared some safe preventive maintenance tips on what to do on old homes which comforted my wife concerns. He went as far as putting the time back on the kitchen appliances which shows he's very meticulous clean and mindful of the home he's working in. Thank you Jets electrical for your quick response and amazing service! We had a broken outlet that caused our electrical circuit to go down. Jet fit us into his schedule and fixed the outlet quick. Explained his work to me and helped me understand our old electrical system. We had some trouble with the old circuit boxes of the building, but later that day all outlets were back up and running.

Jet is such a great worker! Very reliable, knowledgeable, and prompt! He cares about what your needs are and listens to all of your request/concerns. He installed 3 fans and a light fixture in our condo. He even put in his opinion on how the wire molding would look best. The fans are now seems less and not an eyesore. I requested a quote thru yelp and Jet's Electrical was quick to respond. Jethro (owner of the company) requested for an inspection before providing the quote to understand what services were needed and accurate fees. We needed to change light fixtures in the bedroom, stairwell and entrance.
During inspection, I shared my concerns in what we were needing and Jethro was super helpful and supportive in suggesting alternatives that would best suit us. He even went to HomeDepot to find the light fixtures and communicated his plans before purchasing to make sure we were okay with the selection. We went ahead and booked Jet's services which he had already blocked out a day within the same week just in case we accepted his services.
We are so thankful that we found Jet's Electric. His work ethics are superb and has kind mannerisms. He is thorough in communication and is very neat. We are blessed by Jet's Electric services.

I highly recommend Jet's Electrical for any electrical service you might need. Jet is extremely competent and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He is meticulous in his work even down to labelling each wire from the box so you know what circuit it's on. The complete rewiring of our old home was not an easy job but I was so happy that I decided to hire him.

We contacted Jet initially because we needed switches relocated in the master bathroom and our hallway lights were not working. Jet did a full inspection of our the home and found a multitude of problems created by the previous electrician during my recent total renovation and helped us to fix them (wires were reversed, bundle of wires in the wall that caused a spark from touching each other , outdoor outlets were regular outlets and not protected from the elements, and much more). We are relieved he found these issues before they became a bigger problem.

Jet is also very creative. I was not happy with the way I could see electrical wires in the pantry and cabinet that the previous electrician did and he came up with a way to make the kitchen look 10 times more aesthetically pleasing.

I would say Jet's greatest attribute is definitely his passion for his work. It is obvious that he takes great pride in all that he does and you can rest assured knowing he would treat your home as his own. He is meticulous and will not take any short cuts to make your home the best and safest it can be, I highly recommend using his services!
