Jet Electrical is an unprofessional business that should not be utilized for your electrical repairs.
This company accepted a job from my home warranty company and never showed. They gave 3 different delivery windows and never showed for any. On top of that the electrician Eric was very rude and incompetent and would not tell us the status of how close he was to coming to our house.
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Save the headache and get better customer service and an overall experience.

We called this contractor because their number was on our breaker box. They told us it would be $80 to diagnose the problem. They came out promptly and were very nice. However, they fixed the issue without first clearing it with me. They said it was $280 which sounded high for the work they stated they did (replace a switch and 2 fuses). They did not provide a receipt nor an invoice. My husband came home and discovered they did not replace any fuses at all. He called the supervisor but he did not make any progress. I think it is odd that myself and 2 other reviewers had the exact same fee. I would avoid using this provider.

*BEWARE* Came to my home, did 5 mins of work. He never replaced any wires, just remove the electrical cover and played with the wires, then said $280. WHAT?!?! I told him I wasn't paying that! Then he says he has a 2 hour minimum which he NEVER told me over the phone. I gave him $180 and told him to get the hell outta my house. He's a crook, never again will I use him.

Gave me a quote for $280. When they finished the work, they said it was $427. Asked me to leave the ""payable to"" blank on the check. Gave me no receipt or invoice until asked repeatedly. Then what I was given had no address or company info. I have asked repeatedly to talk to the manager and gotten nowhere..

Had this contractor sent out by my home warranty company (Landmark Home Warranty) for a repair on my hot water heater. The technician came out and spent about 15 minutes to tell me that my hot water heater needed to be replaced (which I knew and was covered by my home warranty company) and then proceeded to tell my warranty company that on top of the replacement, that I would have to pay them an additional $748.00 to get my plumbing ""up to code"". I thought that sort of outrageous and sought a second opinion from another reputable company in my area. I explained to him that my hot water heater went out and let him do his job which took about 45min and he wrote out his report and nowhere did it include the brickwork, piping or drain upgrades, etc. that Jet Electric told me were necessary to bring my home up to code (my home was built in 2005). When I asked him if all of my piping was up to code he said that it was and actually told me that my current pipes were exactly what Jet told me that I needed. Even when confronted with this information, they would only say that their technician was right. I actually measured the pipes myself and they measured exactly what Jet said I needed.

These people are CROOKS!!!! Don't use them they are just looking to sell you a bunch of upgrades that you don't need. If they don't want to service warranty customers fairly, they should get out of that business!
