Jess is excellent! Easy and clear communication. Fair pricing. We had Jess take care of a number of projects around our 70 year old house. Over the years a lot of funkiness has been spliced together, but he handled it all and even helped diagnose some odd areas. He is efficient, helpful, and I will absolutely return to Jess in the future.

Initially we called Jess out because our 240V appliances didn't work. He took a look and told us it was on SMUD's end and waive the diagnostic fee. We were very appreciative so when we needed some fans and dual switches installed, we of course gave Jess a call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to run the electrical wire to the fan in a way that it was hidden whereas other contractors we quoted recommended conduit to just cover the line. The fact that Jess did that, shows he cares about his work. I would highly recommend Jess for your electrical needs.

This was one of the best experiences ever.  Jess Electric was personable, prompt in getting a quote to me, very responsive. He knew quickly what would work and what wouldn't.  He asked great questions and made suggestions that ended up with us having exactly what we wanted and it is everything I'd hoped it would be.  He added necessary outlets and lights in my husband's office and redid the lighting in our kitchen/dining areas.  He was willing to give suggestion about an separate that I had and came back to recheck an issue that was a problem with the product, not anything he did. Great job! Terrific contractor, very easy to work with and I love the new open space and great lighting.  All around great guy.  Highly recommend!

My wife and I moved into a new house and wanted to get some Ethernet drops installed. We called a couple of places and Jess was by far the best priced, most polite, courteous and knowledgeable of them all. Upon first entering the house he brought shoe covers with him. Once he finished the job, he made sure to check and double check his work to make sure everything worked. It's also very clear that he values cleanliness, because by the time he was done, it looked like the electrical ports were always part of the house. He's very communicative, responsive and we would highly recommend him.
