Jerry came and installed my 220 volt connection for my electric car charger and also dropped in an additional 4 plug wall box in a room I had that only had one outlet in it (needed it so I could re-arrange the desk and computer to the other wall where it made more sense).

He hammered it out quickly (only a bit more than an hour, which included a run to home depot for a new breaker for the 220) and his rates are very reasonable. He's extremely professional and cant say enough about him. When I need more electrical work, he'll be the first person I call.

Jerry Brown came to my resuue on a Saturday and fixed several mistakes made by someone else. I was really stressed out when he got to my house and he immediately calmed me down with his knowledge of electrical problems, his easy going personality and southern charm. Oh my god. Jerry is an amazing person. I am a 24 year who is new to the whole homeowner thing. I had an issue with my garage door and called Jerry at 7 pm and told him my dilemma. He explained that he was on his way to bible study and would be making his way to his brother's place for the next few days. He heard how worried I was and still made the trip out to me 20 minutes later. It took him about 30 minutes to assess the whole situation, go over ALL my options, talk through the pros and cons of each, demonstrate how everything was working, and fix the problem. This guy is an honest, down to earth guy who knows his thing. I know who I will be calling for all my future electrical issues :)

Better than what I expected. I first called him on Saturday and left a message as I did with other electricians. He was the only one that returned my call. He returned my call on Monday and scheduled to come over. He was on time and professional. He explained everything that he was doing. He is very thorough. He knows his stuff. As a previous poster mentioned, he is like a friend that is coming over to help. If I need any electrical work done I will call him first.

Have to agree with other reviews. Found Jerry here on Yelp and called for electrical issue that our friend, who's remodeled his home (doing it all himself) couldn't locate. Jerry quickly identified the issue and repaired it. Very friendly, conscientious, and his charges were extremely fair.

He will be my ""go to"" electrician from now on.

This is actually 4.5 stars. I would have given him 5, if we didnt have to delay appointment few times, but at least he was honest about it. very genuine and down to earth, easy going guy who has ton of experience. I had him do two three way switch and few other job, and he worked extra hard to complete the job without making additional hole for the room. all the job was done nice and I like him.

Similar to the previous reviewer M.G.D., I typically had my friend, who is an electrical contractor, do all the work in my house. I always knew it would be done right. However, he's up north, so I had to find someone else when I had some lighting issues.

I saw the previous review, and thought Jerry Brown sounded perfect. Having the same name as our governor-elect was of course a bonus.

I am happy to say that Jerry Brown easily lived up to the review. He was friendly, communicative, and professional, communicating by phone several times to let me know that he was available or on the way. When he arrived (exactly when he said he would), he quickly figured out the problem, accompanied me to Home Depot to purchase the appropriate light, and installed it quickly, testing everything. He charged me what I thought was an *extremely* reasonable price. And as I mentioned, he is very professional, but as I met him, I felt like he was more of a friend coming over to help me fix something.

I highly recommend Jerry Brown for anything electrical. The guy just flat out rules. I could not have had a better experience. If it were possible to give this guy six stars out of five, I would.
