I looked them up on Yelp they had eight positive reviews.I went to the website. I filled out a contact form. And within 24 hours they had called back to me. They were unable to send someone out that day but they made an appointment for 9 o'clock the next morning . Germain arrived at 930am ..
Germain was a very respectful business like and nice, young man.. He informed me that they charged per hour and he went right to work..
My situation was I turned on my table top oven fully and the microwave at the same time. It seems that I had blown a circuit breaker. Jermaine went to work check on the different sockets and the circuit board.. He came to the same conclusion that I had over power and burnt out my circuit breaker for this. Without further ado Germaine had repaired and replace the items which came to a total cost of $150. They accept cash check and credit cards including Discover credit card.. They did the old-school method of writing it on pen and paper for my credit card and he filled it out so that there would be no mistakes..I signed it after reviewing it and gave him my email address so they could send me a receipt that way plus I had a hard copy receipt...

I was extremely happy in the response for repair and personal attention and having my work done. Any further work I would definitely be calling them back to finish any other electrical situation.

OMG just call these people! These guys look for the best solution for you. I had 3 problems and they did the best cost effective work for each. I will never use anyone else. Call them...really!

We just moved into a new house. Nick came out because we had several faulty GFCIs and a bad doorbell. He knocked on the front door (doorbell didn't work) and my wife didn't hear him so he just went ahead and fixed the doorbell while he waited. He then quickly diagnosed the GFCIs and replaced them. While he was here we decided to have him look at our fans that were hooked up to remotes only and have him remove the receivers and re-wire the fans to the switches. He did a great job, even going as far to explain to my wife what he was doing. To top it all off, we had a question about our bathroom light and some faulty outlets upstairs that we discovered after he already left. He FaceTimed us and had us show him the issues and explained over the phone exactly what was wrong to save us the cost of another house call. Awesome service and great job.

The JerMar professional I had was Ryan. He was AMAZING!! I had a ceiling fan replaced, a chandelier put up, a bath fan replaced and my dimmer switch fixed. Ryan did not waste a minute. He was early, he did everything in under 2 hours. He even checked my sockets and electrical circuits; and gave me an estimate for pot lights in the ceiling of the living room. He was professional, friendly, cheerful, and did an INCREDIBLE JOB!

Jermar Electric was able to come the same day I called. Ryan came out on time. He immediately got to work. The problem was much more complex that I had originally thought - the GFI in the bathroom wouldn't reset. I assumed it was old and just needed replacing. But after replacing it, it still wouldn't reset. Ryan set to work tracing the problem. It didn't take long before he found an outside outlet that was being affected by the dampness. He quickly installed a new weatherproof outlet, and VOILA! The problem was fixed! No charges for the service call, just the one hour labor charge of $95, plus parts. I was very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledgableness of Ryan. I would highly recommend Jermar Electric to anyone who needs a quality electrician!

Hired Jemar 3-4 months ago to get ALL Outlets and Connections to have a Mini-Split installed.
They came 3-4 days later and he run one wire, an outlet and installed the breaker.
I prepaid 2 hours labor, and his work was done in 45 minutes. Including the Permit it was $400.

I asked him if everything is done, and he said: Yes, thats all you need to get the mini-split hooked up and to pass all inspections.

2-3 months later after the AC Company installed the AC, i asked the Owner Jerry to schedule the permit inspection.
1 Day after that, a technician from Jemar stopped by and told me that i have to have another Outlet. (Service Outlet). He said should be free, they just forgot it.

And now its getting rude. The Owner told me that i have to pay $150 to get another Outlet, because of the building code. i asked him if the building code was changed, and he said no.
His employee did forget to install the service outlet..., and he admited that it was their fault.

But i have to pay for it... *lol*

After a discussion he hang up, and said: Fuck IT

I tried to get a solution for it, and i even offered (without having any fault) $75 to get it done.
but they never came back to me.

Now i have in 2 weeks the inspection for the AC, and i dont know if i'll pass it.

If i dont pass it, i have to repay the inspection fee, and get another technician to install the outlet. But then i'll sue them at the Court in Fort Myers...

JERMAR Electric did a great job installing our new fans, chandelier and dimmers. We made the appointment and they arrived on time. Ryan the electrician did a great job and worked at a good fast pace. This is the 2nd time we have hired JERMAR and we are very happy with their work and prices. I highly recommend JERMAR for your electric needs.
