Jeremy's guys came out, lubed my outdoor gate arm, 5 days later gate not working again. Of course it was a Sunday, called Jeremy and as I was leaving a message he text me I'll call you later. NEVER DID!!!! Even though I explained in my text that it was urgent that I get my gate closed. It was locked open about 3ft. I have a pool and wild animals around here. Monday his guy calls me and I let him know I had to call someone else because Jeremy never responded to me. His comment was ""Oh, good for you"" Well you know what I told him*******!!! How about some money back for the gate you didn't fix!?

When I first bought my house, an electrician from Jeremy's came out at the agreed on time and made a quick and reasonably priced repair. That was 9 months ago.

Something has changed. I called for another repair and was promised a day and time so I came home from work. No one showed. I called to see what was happening, and Jeremy laughed at me and said ""No way anyone is coming out today."" Then he promised a someone would be out the next day.

Surprise, surprise... no one showed or called then, either. I'll find someone who actually shows up when they say they will, but it's not this guy.

This company is for real. My wife and I took apart our 68-year old bathroom inside-wall heater yesterday and we couldn't put it back together. And, by the number of shocks I got, we figured there was some expensive work ahead of us. But in 30 minutes, Jeremy and his helper, Will, had the heater reassembled and working for the first time we'd ever seen it work and had it checked for safety. We're very grateful for their skilled work and honesty. As a result, we showed them our electrical panel on which we'd been quoted thousands of dollars to fix. But they were able to find a second panel that was already built, and, as a result, they gave us a ball-park figure of a couple of hundred dollars instead. Because of these things, we're making a list of all the needed electrical fixes that we'd been putting off. It's hard to find an electrician who does a good job and who's honest. And these two are that. Thanks for the the great job. And see you again soon!
