I never write reviews (which I need to start doing since I read and use Yelp reviews all the time). However, I just had such a STELLAR interaction with Jeff of Jeff Electric Co that I HAD to write one.

Walked into my house today in HP, and the A/C had shut down. No power. It was HOT. Dog looked at me as if she couldn't understand why I was punishing her.

There were only two local electricians who came up on yelp reviews. One did not answer so I left a message. The other was Jeff who low and behold did answer.

I explained no power to the A/C unit, tried switching the breaker thing around but it wasn't really moving. Turns out, Jeff was busy and on the other side of town.

Jeff advised me to put a bit of muscle into moving the thing back and forth, which I would never have done otherwise... And, while he stayed on the phone with me, I went out and manhandled the switch and .... IT WORKED!!!

Problem solved! Dog saved! Was able to return to my J-O-B to finish out my day.

Being a single, female home owner of a fixer upper cottage from the 30's for the past 10 years, i have encountered many, many difficulties and service calls of various types. I could tell you stories that would make your toes curl... soooo many unscrupulous folks out there in the world... But, Jeff has renewed my faith in service men and maybe even a bit in humanity....

Jeff, THANK YOU! This was the NICEST service call/interaction I have ever had. If we ever bump into each other at Johnny's, I will def buy you a round or three. But, in the meantime, you will be my FIRST call the next time I need an electrician!!!!

I have used Jeff several times and while I don't look forward to 'having to need an electrician'-he's definately the guy I would call. Knowledgeable, clean and professionale-a nice change from most of today's service people you run into.

Found Jeff listed on Yelp when we couldn't reach our usual handyman to address some outside lighting issues. Jeff was prompt, friendly, helpful and his pricing is reasonable and easy to understand. He pointed out a couple of things we might want to address in the future, without making it sound like it 'had' to be done now. We plan to use him next time we need a good electrician -- highly recommended !!
