I strive to provide exceptional electrical services at reasonable rates, aiming to keep you as a long-term client.
In 1982, I started as an apprentice in the electrical trade in Florida. I have worked in six different states, beginning with residential jobs and progressing to major projects, including aircraft hangars at the NOB Naval base in Norfolk, VA. After obtaining my Master's License in Virginia, I made the move to Grant Park, Atlanta, in early 2007, where I acquired my GA non-restricted electrical contracting license (#EN214749). Since then, I have focused on building my electrical service business and now proudly serve over 500 loyal residential and commercial clients. I am proud to say that many of my clients are not just customers, but also friends.

I requested a quote from Jeff Electric via Yelp and got a response just a few minutes later. Rather than a quote, Jeff suggested a quick and easy way I might be able to resolve the problem I was experiencing, and it worked! He could have charged me for a visit - I'm sure many others would - but instead he gave me this advice. I will absolutely hire Jeff for any future electric needs.

Jeff is absolutely great - he knows what he is doing and did a great job installing a whole house surge protector, repairing a light socket and an outdoor outlet. Your only challenge is getting on his schedule which is a sign that he is good and worth the wait if possible.

Jeff was a fantastic electrician. I couldn't have been more pleased. He traveled downtown from Alpharetta (through Friday afternoon traffic) to make an appointment. He was kind and trustworthy and kept his word.
I would recommend Jeff to everyone I know. Please reach out to him for help. He is great with communication.

Very happy with the work Jeff did today on our house. He's a very nice guy and knows what he's doing. He'll be the first guy I call next time we need electrical work.

Bought a house last month and noticed there was some recent electrical work. Brought Jeff in to look at it and make sure everything was up to snuff. Turns out the entire house was left un-grounded in addition to a few other code violations. Jeff gave us a quote for the work which in turn reduced our purchase price for the home. When it came time to do the work, we asked him to take care of a few of the major items on the list and leave the rest for later. When it came to grounding the house, Jeff went above and beyond. He noticed that we have 2 dogs, and decided to counter-sink the grounding rods to reduce the chances of the dogs chewing on them or running into them. This is indicative of the service that Jeff gives. He even called me the day after to note that Comcast had grounded our internet line to the gas meter, another code violation which could have caused damage to our home or our family. Definitely worth every reasonably priced penny. A true exchange of value for value, and an electrician you can trust.

Another 5-star review here.
I do some of my own electrical work - I like wiring and I have a good handle on electrical principles and hazards, being trained in the navy and at commercial power plants. But I have a sketchy knowledge of code and I work fairly slow. So when I decided to replace the ancient fused main service panel and equally ancient fused sub-panel (aka 'the rat's nest') in my house, I knew that it wasn't a job for me. It would take me three weeks and a city code inspector would either have a heart attack or get giggly with glee over the violations that could be written (depending on the inspector's nature). So, I needed a real electrician. A licensed electrician.
Jeff's estimate was quite reasonable in terms of cost and time, especially since the panels, particularly the rat's nest, presented some challenges with space and cabling. He said it would take two days and after two days, it was done. I have to do a little carpentry work around the sub-panel but that was known when the job started.
High quality work and he uses robust components.
As part of the deal, Jeff did a survey of the house for GFCI and smoke detector issues and let me know where I was deficient in terms of the current code. I appreciated that - I can address those issues now rather than have them pointed out later by a home inspector or city inspector when I might not have the time.
I've added some before and after photos of the two panels. You can see what was involved. So, if you have an old house and need to upgrade, Jeff's your guy. Shout-out to his assistant, Frank, too.
Highly recommended.

I called Jeff on short notice (couple day turnaround) and he said he could tentatively come out the next day after another job, as he may be close-by. He communicated exceptionally well and kept me updated. Upon his arrival, I quickly let him know my issues and he got to work immediately. He was able to solve a number of problems and got us set up real nicely. I would certainly recommend him! Excellent and honest work!

Jeff appeared very knowledgeable, and offered a lot of good advice on how to take care of our issues and save money in the long term. His pricing seems very fair - better than other electricians I have contacted in the area. Scheduling was easy and prompt, and communication was direct and easy.

Jeff was excellent. We hired him for a job at a place we were selling. He was polite, Professional and knowledgeable. We hired him again at our new home to install motion lights. He was prompt and gave us good advice on which lights to purchase. He also was reasonable as far as price. You can't trust everyone you hire but Jeff is honest and stands behind his work.
I would recommend him!

Used Jeff a couple of times now and he has been great. He makes sure to call you if he's in the neighborhood to come earlier than your scheduled appointment. He is very genuine and honest and you can tell he knows what he is doing. Very pleasant experience
