At Jecor Electric Company, I experienced great customer with Samantha being the first person I talked to set up my appointment, and then Eduardo provided excellent customer service during my appointment. He was punctual and reliable. In recent times, it's been difficult to find service oriented businesses that are reliable and reasonable, but Jecor exceeded my expectations. So, I'll will call Jecor again for any electrical improvements, installations, and/or repairs. Your professionalism and dependability is appreciated greatly!

I searched Yelp for an electrician with a good history to help me out. I found Jecor and I'm extremely glad I hired this family owned company. We had a really food experience with Jesus, Eduardo, Samantha, and Jesus Jr! They were very communicative, punctual, and hard working. Jesus came to give us a free estimate for changing out a light fixture, the breaker box, and changing the outlets to 3-prong. They took two days to do the work, and final payment happens only after a passed inspection. Most electricians didn't even require a permit, but these guys were thorough and did everything by the book. The patch up job on the walls was done really well and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

Eduardo responded to my 6:30am Yelp request within minutes and provided a good estimate to swap out a lighting fixture. He let me know when the work could be done (same day) and gave the contact number to confirm the appointment when the office opened. Samantha confirmed the appointment and Eduardo arrived within the estimated time frame and quickly and efficiently completed the task. Great communication and quick work. Would definitely hire the company again.
