With 14 years of experience in construction, I bring valuable insights. At 25, I started in a family-owned concrete company in Arkansas. I then broadened my expertise beyond just concrete work. I enhanced my knowledge with Harrison Builders in Orangefield, SETX. They taught me how to manage a successful business, stay organized, and refine my skills. Respect for all people, including customers and staff, became a key lesson for me.
