It's great that they come to your home. But how about driving safely if this is your service? How about driving safely while in the company car? Reckless drivers who are on their phone weaving in and out of lanes is not appreciated, full stop.

They came out and of course we couldn't duplicate the problem while they were there even though the problem was constant. Our stove kept shutting off if we used too many burners or the oven with a burner on. We insisted on paying the service fee because of the time they took trying to find the problem. To make a long story even longer. A few weeks later I talked to the owner about the possibility that the fuse switch thing might be faulty because it was so old. So he ordered a new breaker switch thing came out and replaced it, that solved the problem and he only charge me for the breaker. Very satisfied :)

I can't say enough for this company. We are doing a bath remodel and our contractor demo'd the jacuzzi tub but left its hot electrical wire in the room and failed to remove it despite our requests. The plumber was due to install the new tub which did not need electricity. The jacuzzi had been on a dedicated circuit so we wanted to run the line outside for use in our backyard. Chris, the ""C"" in JCP, came out to give an estimate. When told the plumber was coming tomorrow, Chris volunteered to pull tools out of his truck; remove the hot line at the GFCI; and run a new line out through the wall for installation in a few days. The plumber could then install the tub, as scheduled, in the morning and keep our job moving. Chris did this even thought it was about 5:00 pm and rush-hour traffic on the 91 was backing up. Patrick, the ""P"" in JCP and Chris' brother, came out in a day or two and did a great job of installing the exterior line and plug. Their price was fair and work was excellent. This is a family company and a definite keeper.
