Wow, nothing but great things to say. Two situations James and the crew got us out of a pinch. Super knowledgeable, super super friendly, very ready to help and very professional. I would highly recommend them. They did a few smaller projects for us, but also handle really large scale projects and will definitely higher them for the next one.

Also, just as a note, they were very helpful in fixing an issue. We were having with a floor heating system for an electric floor heater. This was the Warmup electric floor heating system. But also Schluter has a floor heating system along with others. These guys were very comfortable with the floor heating system and how to troubleshoot.

James was so amazing!! Friday before Christmas James showed up to fix the problem. The gfci blew out in the garage when there was a power outage earlier in the week, it actually blew out the outlet itself. The breaker was not flipped and resetting the outlet got no response. We tried replacing the outlet and still nothing. James got here and within a half hour had everything back together and in working order. We will be calling JCM Electric for all our electrical needs from now on!! Thank you James!!!!!

I selected JCM Electric for my electrical repair because of the Yelp rating. The rating was correct. They were very easy to work with. When I contacted them for their availability, they responded right away and were able to come the next day. We had a problem with our recessed lights and dimming switch in our dining room. After blowing up one of the replacement bulbs, only two of the four lights were working and the dimmer feature stopped working. Eric came out to take a look. He was great and explained everything. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and determined we needed a new dimmer switch. Luckily we had a new dimmer switch on hand. The diagnosis and repair took about an hour. I would definitely recommend JCM Electric for any electrical repairs and would use them again. Thanks Eric!

Great service by James M.! He came to us the same evening of my call after a very large tree fell on our main power line and house. James was extremely kind and helpful and worked directly with the city utilities until our main line was fully tested and quickly reconnected. He understands problems and the city permit hurdles and goes out of his way to help his customers. I highly recommend James, he has great knowledge and also knows how to deal with the utilities and customers, overall great customer service. Pricing was very competitive for a same day emergency service.
