I called and they answered on the first ring ! Very friendly ! I had gotten a quote for outdoor lighting from another company and thought it was over priced. I know nothing about this sort of thing and I didn't want to overpay. I called for a second opinion and they said that was actually a really good price I had gotten from the other company!!!!! He told me not to worry everything they told me about transformers and voltage was correct. Basically this company cares about the customers happiness not their pocket book. I didn't go with him because I had already been through the process of estimates and such with the other company and I was on a tight time line . If I ever need any other work done I will call them. It doesn't get better then a company that's not afraid to truly help customers and not get paid anything .

Great customer service, very professional, and reasonable pricing. Jeremy, a master electrician with 19 yrs experience, is a bright and creative problem solver. I'm an electrical engineer and had a tricky intermittent problem. I asked Jeremy to come in to provide a quote, but Jeremy was able to identify a safe, creative, cost-effective solution. I liked him much better than the other master electrician and would highly recommend him to others.

Sorry, but I can't recommend them anymore because they did not follow up on their warranty/guarantee of their services when we really needed them. We called their office 20 times and left voice mails only to find that the voicemail box would be over capacity, but then the next day it had been emptied, but no one tried to return our calls after ""listening"" to our voicemails. I sent an email and got a response and made an appointment for them to come to our house, and it was a no-call, no show. Thanks for that JC. Subsequently, we have found a new electrician and I will not be calling or referring JC electric from now on.

Great customer service and professional work. Had a ceiling fan installed and asked about replacing a light fixture with a recessed light. Jeremy had a light on hand and installed it there on the spot. I highly recommend them for your electrical work.

I'd highly recommend JC Electrical Services for all your electrical needs! I called & spoke with the secretary Joann who might i add was such a sweetheart.. She was able to have an Electrician call me with then the hour & they were able to squeeze me in.. Tony & James were sent out to my house and did an excellent job!! Very well mannered, nice clean work, professional & made sure I was happy!! Stuck to there price that was given to me, Shortly after Jeremy gave me a courtesy call to ensure that I was satisfied :) Which of course I was.. Thanks again for everything :)

We have a 1978 home. To say the least, the lighting has been in need of updates. We tried a track lighting set in our kitchen, but it was too hot, and not the greatest lighting for food prep or entertaining. We called JC Electric, and talked to Jeremy. We'd thought about some canned lighting, but seemed way too expensive. Jeremy was wonderful! He came out with a fantastic estimate and final pricing. We now have canned LED lighting, with a dimmer! The kitchen is so wonderful and bright! The only bad thing is that now our 1978 cabinets are seen a bit too clearly, LOL! Thank you, Jeremy and JC Electric, for shining a light on the good and bad things in our home.

Jeremy provides excellent service! I called needing a switch replacement. Once Jeremy found out what the problem was he offered to walk me through the solution over the phone. Since I have no electrical knowledge I was unable to fix the problem. He then squeezed me into to his very busy schedule and was there in 30 minutes to fix the problem! Amazing service! He provided thorough explanations of the process and was very quick with the repair. I will be calling them again and recommending to all my friends! Thanks again Jeremy!

I seriously wish I could give Jeremy ten stars, because five just doesn't do him justice. We've been searching for an electrician and thankfully found JC Electrical Services on Yelp. Jeremy was extremely friendly and helpful when I called and even tried to fix our problem over the phone to save us money. He told me he had a very busy day but then still managed to squeeze us in. He showed up promptly at his promised time even giving me a phone call in advance. He was unbelievably helpful, funny, warm, wonderful person. My husband is nervous to do electrical work anyways so thankfully we found our electrician for life. Search no further, this is the electrician you're looking for!
