I honestly can't imagine finding a more professional, higher quality business anywhere in the entire city of Austin. We handed Joe and Jeremy an absolute electrical train wreck that left our house dangerous and unusable. They came and tracked down, identified and repaired our problem once and for all. Their prices were fair and the quality of their work and their professionalism exceeded our expectations by a mile. Literally you come across a business like this very few times in this current culture. They stayed put and worked like crazy until they found our problem. (The previous 2 companies gave up and left). I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you for saving us!!!!

Had them fix an outside outlet and a bad circuit breaker. It was great! The electrician was fast and extremely knowledgeable. When I have electrical issues again, I'll be using them again!

Our microwave was causing the breaker to trip. Called JC to add a breaker and also install some bathroom exhaust fans.

Joe was able to troubleshoot our breaker trip issue and there was no charge for this. He saved us from additional unnecessary repairs. Honest and trustworthy!

I called JC Electrical because I had disabled an old wired alarm system and wanted some of the loose wires to be removed or capped. I was extremely happy with my experience with them. Tammy was wonderful at setting up the appointment and explaining the price in advance. Joe showed up on time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job--he even discovered a part of the old alarm system hidden behind an object that had been overheating for a long time and posed a fire hazard. They charge a very fair price, too. I would definitely recommend JC Electrical to anyone.

We called them to install a ceiling fan based on the great yelp reviews. Was able to get an appointment for the following day! Joe came out and went the extra mile to have the controls fit in the existing wall switch box. He installed a dimmer for the LED fan light and a dimmer to adjust the fan speed. No chains! Great job. No mess. Will have them back whenever we need electrical service.

Great Company, Great Service
I contacted Jeremy, owner of JC Electrical for an issue with my microwave tripping the circuit breaker and a couple of other minor issues. Jeremy came over promptly, educated me on the topic, was very professional and pleasant. Later, he sent one of his best guys who installed a dedicated line for my microwave. Jeremy actually gave me a tip on how to restore power to my AC unit, saving me around $250 in labor. Very honest and professional individuals. Tammy was also great with scheduling. I will definitely use again and strongly recommend. Thanks Jeremy and team!!!

LOVE this company! I will use and recommend them for any and all electrical work! Starting with Tammy who was so sweet, efficient and professional with all communication whether text, e-mail or phone. Then Joe the electrician who removed my old master bath light and installed 2 new lights over the new medicine cabinet. He was extremely friendly, efficient and professional like Tammy. He went above and beyond to give me some suggestions on additional lighting ideas and gave plenty of communication throughout his install work. My remodel master bath is FINALLY done!! I had an issue with the light in our bathroom and needed to reach out to have someone come take a look. To my surprise JC initially tried to help me over the phone so that I could avoid the cost of a service call. Unfortunately we couldn't fix the issue over the phone. They were able to quickly get me on the schedule for the following day.

Joe the technician arrived right on time and was able to quickly address the issue. I will gladly use them again in the future.
