Jeremy called me back within minutes and instead of coming out and charging me a service fee, provided me with free advice over the phone to avoid the fee. He didn't even need to do this. I've used JC Electric three times now and every time they've been consistently awesome. From the incredibly nice (and helpful) appointment lady to the electricians - it's been a wonderful experience. We've done projects ranging from a really complicated and long distanced car charger to a simple ceiling fan repair. Always the same level of thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality work. One thing I also really appreciate is each time they've sent out a really experienced electrician with someone they're training and the kindness and patience they give to the person training is outstanding. Like if my kid grew up and wanted to be an electrician this is the kind of company I'd want him to learn from. I could go on and on. They're the best.

Called Josh Needed electric ran to a building within a 2 week span, he ended up being able to work in getting me a very resonable quote that day due to weather and then ended up coming a day earlier than promised to put it in. Today memorial Day May 30 2022 I needed my wiring checked and my switches in two my rooms changed out. I wanted to replace my old porch light because wiring was bad in it and I wanted a hanging porch installed. Joe and Pete came out right on time not a minute late. They both were very friendly and so professional. They did the work in no time and they checked and replaced everything. And before they left they made sure everything was in working order. Checking everything one more time. I want to give Joe and Pete the highest praise for a job WELL DONE... I could not have asked for better service from two professional experts as Joe and Pete . Look no further! Starting with the constant communication with the office for scheduling and pricing (no hidden fees or prices and immediate responses) then Joe and Pete who did a fabulous job installing can lights, ceiling fans, pendant lights, a chandelier, a front porch light and garage light. They made recommendations of how low to hang and where to place the lights, and I wish I had more work they could do as they are wonderful! I'd give more stars, if I could!

Cannot recommend this company more! Jeremy was very upfront about the timeframe of when he could get to my project and referred me to other companies if I didn't want to wait a couple weeks. He also gave me an idea of how much it should cost so I could avoid getting take advantage of. I called around and received several quotes but never felt as comfortable as I did with Jeremy. I also really wanted to avoid removing all the original shiplap in the home and no other company offered me a creative solution until Jeremy. Not only did he circumvent that issue, he also ensured that I got what I wanted but payed much less than any other quote I received. It's hard to know who to trust out there but I think Jeremy is definitely one of the good ones!

I have had multiple electricians come and check out the project- recess light installation. Just because there was no attic access and it's a sloped ceiling, some of them backed off and some never responded back to me. Then I found JC electrical service and they made it happen. Joe and the other guy (I didn't catch his name) were very professional and punctual. Within 2 hours or so they were finished with the job and cleaned up after themselves. I think the price could have been a little less, but they have done a phenomenal job. The lights were symmetrically installed to a point that it brought out a luxury look to my ceiling as well. I would for sure hire them all over again. I highly recommend JC electrical service.
