It's a full week later and I have yet to receive a call back or response to my emails. The corroded outlet is still there and I now need to find another electrician to finish the job. Don't waste your time with this company.

Javier came out this week and was professional,fast and efficient and took care of our electrical issue. Would highly recommend this company.

Terrible. First Javier did not wear a mask. 2nd he was in my house for less than 10 minutes. He came because my microwave was tripping the breaker. He wrote some stupid report that literally said the microwave was tripping the breaker when ran with other appliances and to only run the microwave by itself... I couldn't believe it. First off per the National electrical code the microwave is supposed to be on its own circuit. He even admitted it was an upgrade and it it was approved he would do it. He did nothing I was charged 100 for 10 minutes to be told to run the microwave by itself. I clown could figure that out. What he didnt do was write a proper diagnostic report that should have said the microwave is not to code and needs to be on its own circuit. My kitchen is on 1 circuit and my warranty at American Home Shield includes an upgrade to bring items up to code this needs to be brought up to code. Dont use this company they are clowns the fact he didnt wear his mask to my door shows his level of respect.;. Zero

We had a very similar experience to Nishanth T in working with JC Electrical. JC Electrical was the company assigned by our Home Warranty Company (Fidelity) to evaluate the issue and Jose was the technician that came out. He looked at our main electrical box that had a wire that needed to be repaired due to being 50+ years old and reported it to the warranty company as the wrong issue and now it is being denied by our warranty company. When my husband tried to discuss the issue and get more information from him, his responses were very short and their was a language barrier.
We had another very experienced electrician (not covered by warranty) take a look at our box before JC Electrical was send out by Fidelity, and he does not agree with what was reported to Fidelity.
I have tried calling JC Electrical 3 times today and finally just spoke with the representative. I explained that the issue was not correctly described to our home warranty company and that he wasn't able to discuss the issue with my husband prior to sending off his report of findings due to the language barrier. She said she will send a message to the Supervisor, Jose and if he wants to return the call he will. Otherwise we can request a second opinion from someone else.
I will give them a 2 star rating because they were able to come out within 2 days of receiving the request from Fidelity, but otherwise, I have nothing positive to say about the experience.

We were connected to JC Electrical via First American Home Warranty. Smoke was coming out of our breaker panel so we had to shut off power. They were understanding of our situation, and were fast to schedule a visit (the next business day). They were very communicative through the process, and very effective in resolving the issues. They quickly changed the faulty breaker, and replaced our smart dimmer switch. Especially, Jose was great at communicating, explaining, and answering our numerous questions, so we felt that our concerns were addressed when he left. Our problems seem to be solved so far, making us happy clients.
I will update this review if any other related issue arise.

Sent by Fidelity Home Warranty, Jose cut and reconnected few wires to restore power to the outlet which caused major blackouts in my house. Garage and outside lights are not working. When called them, this lady has some issues and talks bad or hangup.

I was assigned JC Electrical through my home warranty for electrical. A person came over and opened up all the switches and outlets to understand the source. He caused damaged to the existing switches and reported wrong information about the problem to the warranty. Didn't seem to be knowledgable at all and is not good with English as well. He was trying to escape fixing the issue mentioning that the issue might not be covered by warranty. Its become a night mare to work with Home warranty to resolve the issue because of the misinformation provided by JC Electrical. I would not recommend them at all.

I was assigned this company by the home warranty. They put me on cold for two nights, arrived late on the appointment day. The technician just an eyeball glance decided the problem- without any actual inspections. He wanted to impose his notion without taking any actual inspections while I was trying to explain the situation the best; but he would not listen. I am not happy with his services at all, and I would not recommend them because of their high handed nature.

Javier showed up when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly (faulty light switch). I also had a problem that was not covered by my home warranty but he took time to examine the problem and let me know how I could fix it.

Electrician came to my home as a part of the FAHW and he did not reported information to warranty company with the proper reporting as well as he took picture of the issue and he have not submitted pictures and FAHW has closed the service request saying there is a no issue. Now, I need to stay on the call with FAHW and arguing about my issue. Not a good electrician. I am not recommending him for any electric work.
