BEWARE!!!

If I could LEAVE ZERO I would. I found this company online and reviews were good so I decided to try. I contacted a guy named carlos who through email and text seemed friendly. But then it got weird. I asked for a license number and no reply. The next day, They were supposed to show up at11 am and never showed or called. Then I HAD TO REACH out asking what happened. They blamed it on ""their system being down "" and apologized, gave a license number ( which bythe way doesn't belong to carlos) and rescheduled. Today was the reschedule date. I stayed home from work to get this electrical job done. At 10:10, no one has shown. I text again asking where they are. They responded with ""we will be there at 11or 1130.

I declined. I am so ridiculously angry that these jerks didnt have any courtesy not one but TWICE!!
No real license...wow. I'll make sure to let everyone I know understand that this couple of wanna bes are a joke. Too bad Carlos didnt realize I'm a blogger with 2.1 million followers.

Juan completed 2 jobs for us. The first job was on point and he did very well. The second job was very bad. He damaged my floor stated (I have a floor guy that will fix it) then completed the job incorrectly. So he told me ""I will repair the job but not fix the floor"". Last I heard from him. He never returns to fix or repair anything.

I was having issues with my new electric fence having any power from its solar charger. I called a few companies and JC Electric got back to me right away. Juan came by my house within 20 minutes to troubleshoot. He walked my entire field, checked my set-up, and assisted in resetting some wires that were touching. After another day of charging in the sun, my fence is now working and keeping my animals where they should be. Juan was very nice, prompt and knowledgeable about what I needed. He was even kind enough not to charge me for his time. I would definitely recommend giving this company a shot. Thanks, Juan & JC Electric!

Hired JC Electric to install a new ceiling fan in my son's room & a light exhaust fan combo in my master bath. Their prices were reasonable, they were such a pleasure to work with & Carlos did wonderful work. They will be our go to electricians from now on!

The nicest and most patient gentlemen. They didn't charge my grandmother and I anything for an assessment, and were very honest about the abilities they had to fix the issue. They were incredibly prompt, prioritized our needs even when it inconvenienced their schedule, and also came back (again at no cost) after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied and had all our questions answered. Can't recommend enough.

This job was done in Pasadena.They should have provided a dedicated line to the refrigerator according to their own proposal. They charged me for a dedicated line to the refrigerator, but they bundled it up with all of hallway, one whole bedroom, all plugs. The circuit is overloaded and trips and the refrigerator shuts off.
They will not answer the calls or emails. The response time 40 minutes that they promise is only if they want to get new business. They took full payment and all these problems I am finding out as time goes by, even workmanship was very poor.

They are more expensive and not trustworthy at all.

It was great working with Juan and Carlos. Both were great to work with they came to see the electrical issue and gave me a quote. Juan thought about my future electrical needs and fix the issue all in one shot. Juan takes pride in his work ;don't be fooled with the lack of reviews. I will recommend them to a friend and family memeber.

These guys were great! Sam came to install my ceiling lamp and in passing I brought up another issue I had. Turns out my outlet had way to much voltage and Sam warned me of the danger;he also made time to get that fixed. I'm going to be using their services going forward with all my electrical problems.

Juan came out and installed an electrical outlet in the closet of my new home, the work was fast, clean and reasonable. I had to call them back out a few days later when my sockets were not working, Juan came out and showed me how to reset/test the sockets, as there was nothing wrong with the electricity. He did not charge me for that call, nor did he treat me like a idiot for not knowing how to do something so simple, instead he, graciously showed me the correct buttons to push, and even gave me a small lesson about my electrical panel. I will definitely continue to use JC Electric for any future electrical needs.
