I have used the JC Electric on several electrical jobs big and small at my home. From replacing outlets and switches to replacing electrical panels. They are responsive and reliable and reasonably priced. Carlos showed me that a stupid handyman I hired earlier to install a subpanel and extra outlets in the garage had the outlets run on a 220 volt circuit instead of 110 which burned out my garage freezer. The handyman even used Romex inside a conduit which is a no no. Carlos made the correct repairs to meet code. From now I'll use JC Electric for all my electric needs.

I called JC Electric because he was referred by a local customer. On AUGUST 15 I left a voice mail message but received no response for 3 days. Juan C, the Owner, finally returned my call on August 18 and said that he was very busy and asked me to send pictures. He then showed up on August 21, unannounced, took more pictures, and said he would see if he could repair my pump or order a new one. He called me on August 24 to say that he had one in stock and would come over that Monday to install it. When he didn't show up I called him but received no answer. I called him again many times and he would occasionally call back saying he would be there the next day but didn't show up. This went on UNTIL NOVEMBER! Then he sent me an invoice claiming he had done a lot more work than he really did, but in fact I had contracted someone else to do the big part of the work. I don't know why I was so stupid as to let this guy keep dragging me on and on for three months, and now he's obviously trying to cheat me, but don't let that happen to you - DON'T CALL JC ELECTRIC!!

I called because the reviews were good ... they can and looked at the job , I told them I needed outlets moved up to above counter , the can lights hooked back up to existing cans, and 3 switches moved
to other walls due to remodel kitchen. they later send me a text with a vague estimate that said a bunch of things but not itemized. they showed up on a Monday sr and jr. they worked half a day and tried to tell me they were going to have to cut through my stucco and run a wire outside. I said no cut the drywall and I will have it fixed. they left without picking up anything. left a mess and then when they were supposed to come the next morning , jr texted he had a emergency and they would come the next day. when the came they started telling me that some things were not included in the estimate, again i told them all I needed done. first day. so in think they just wanted to make no money. the third day when they left , I was not able to look before they left I was working. but I was shocked to see that they had put a cup or more of bondo on each of the cut drywall areas. not professional at all. I was there they could have asked. butt did not. so I was lucky it was not dry so i removed it from both areas. I went to turn off my ceiling fan in dinning room ,I realized it was not there nor was the other ceiling light switch in other room. he texted to get paid , and I told him I would pay him when he put both the switches back. He told me they never had switches. i told him they did. He more or less called me a liar. Argued with me. Asked what I wanted him to do about it. I said to put them back. He was so rude(jr). So they came and put them back. Making it hard for my cabinet contractor to get his job done. When he was there he Al's was asked to move one outlet up , tried to charge me 150 more. The cabinet guy told him it was wrong and would not work he didn't care. Then they had to come back again to fix that. It was the worst experience ever. The sr. Hanged me 150 more forabout 10 inches of wire. They are scammers and don't follow through with what they say. they said price was for materials and labor. They used all my switches and never credited me for that. it was a nightmare I don't recommend them at all. feel like they totally took advantage of the fact that I was a women. Actually called my husband after I talked to he (jr) as if he was not going to listen to me. My husband told him he was on speaker and he listened to the whole thing. No receipt , nothing

Juan Carlos Sr. & Jr did some 240 conversion for my home a while back. Can't say enough good things about both father and son. Sr. Is so detailed in his approach to everything he does. I recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

We were having electrical issues (specifically the breaker that controls the AC) for about a week in the middle of a heat wave.
We had someone else fix the breakers that they thought were the issue, but still no solution!
We figured our electrical panel had to get replaced because it was so dirty and over 30 years old.
Sure enough, Juan came to check it out and advised us to replace the entire panel.
He was able to get all the parts to complete the job the same day he quoted us.
I am very pregnant so being in the heat was not an option, and he understood.
It has been over a month since he completed the job and we have not had ANY issues with our power.
Overall, he gave us the best pricing and completed the job that very same day.

Amazing guys, out here in an hour, rebuilt our electrical panel for less than half the cost I was quoted to replace it and did the work in 90 minutes less than expected...even pumped up the main to 125 amp without being asked. Look nowhere else for home electrical repairs, they're the best in the county

Juan & Carlos did a great job at fixing all the electrical issues I was having at my home. Most of the outlets in my home were not working, and we couldn't turn on too many things without the power going out. They provided a free quote and were here 2 days later repairing it all. Thanks guys!
