This company is very nonprofessional
The office manager is nasty
They were belittling to out tenant about us the landlord
They refused to go out unless we signed a $135 contract to go out and determine problem after we used their service numerous times and always paid on day of service. The contract was emailed and had to be signed and emailed back
We were out of town for holidays
Requested James to personally call us regarding this issue and we have yet to hear from him
We called another company and delighted with how courteous and prompt they were

I definitely would discourage using this family owned business.

We've used this company twice. Great customer service!! Friendly, communication is excellent, couldn't have scripted a better experience. That are busy, and I can see why.
I love that they have a receptionist that answers the phone, and always gets back to you with answers.

This review is overdue. I had JB come up to our house in Idyllwild to install an interlock system on our main so that I could run a generator when the power goes out (happens a lot up here on the mountain). They were absolutely fantastic. Communication was super good, work was timely and very professional, and they didn't even get upset after getting their truck stuck in the snow on our little non-country road. =) I have recommended to MANY people in the community up here and will continue to do so.

Ive known Jim and his Family over 40 years, stand up guy, does what he says hes gonna do, reliable and experienced.

Jim and Dillon relocated my electrical panel with a new panel on the side of my Home, as well as put in an interlock system for generator hook up.

Fast response, showed up on time, did what he said he would do and kept in contact with me throughout.

Ill be using him again real soon for some upgrades inside my home, dimmer switches, hallway lighting as well as new plugs.
