I was very pleased with the work they did to tile my bathrooms. Joedy and Ricardo are extremely customer-service oriented and they ensured that every detail about the work was done to my complete satisfaction. Joedy even came out several weeks after the job was done, at my request, to address one or two minor issues. They tell you when they are going to be there and the actually show up when they say they will and are very responsive to communications. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

So I will preface this by saying that JAZ has not yet done any work on our home, but the communication was ON POINT! He even referred us to (a well rated) competitor in case we were not able to wait for him. Companies that are good usually have a wait, I learned much to my chagrin. I cannot speak to his end product, but communication and honesty are on point with this company, which is hard to come by!

Wow! We made the best choice in hiring JAZ Developments. Joedy helped us navigate a complete kitchen remodel, a master bathroom retreat, a guest bath along with rewiring the entire house and giving her all new plumbing, heating, and air. Our home was built in 1924 and now looks and feels so inviting. My husband and I are procrastinators, so it was nice getting homework from Joedy to do over the weekend or what to shop for at the time. He is so kind and explained all choices and why and never made us feel rushed. We'll miss his wisdom and laughter around the house.
The crew at JAZ Developments is a wonderful team that works together, solves problems and even eats lunch together. You will not hear blazing music, naughty language or smell cigarettes. You will know exact arrival times and get a goodbye after cleanup and before they lock up. JAZ Developments also has fantastic sub-contractors when needed, but Joedy is skilled in all matters or will learn to get the job done. If he has time for your project, you are one lucky customer!

This review is So LONG overdue.....I found Jaz Developments through Yelp about 1 1/2 years ago. My husband and I moved back into the house that I grew up in . The house was built in 1958 so needless to say my list of ""home improvement"" was a mile long. First project: I had them install Bamboo hardwood flooring throughout the entire house and also knock down a wall to create a pass through between living room and family room. I also had a lot of heavy junk in my backyard that they offered to haul away free of charge! I was so impressed with their professionalism and exceptional work ethics. I loved them so much that since then I had them back to replace all interior doors, closets and remodel three complete bathrooms.
There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have found Joedy, Ricardo, Blake and the rest of Joedy's exceptional crew. The pleasure was all ours. Thank you guys SO MUCH from the bottom of our hearts.

We recently had JAZ Developments tear out the outer facade of our useless fireplace and put in an amazing built-in cabinet. This was a pretty extensive job that required a lot of wall and floor repair as well as electrical work (we had wall sconces taken out and in-ceiling LED lights put in). They also did a small remodel on our coat closet to make it more usable. We are thrilled with the work Joedy and team did. We used JAZ on a recommendation from a friend and are very glad we did. We liked Joedy as well as valued his work. He was creative and helped us decide on all the best options (something I value highly in a contractor). I was completely comfortable leaving him with access to the house while we were at work. He went above and beyond in things like climbing to the top of our very steep roof to seal the top of the chimney and also moving our cable outlet when the company couldn't get out to do it. The built-in cabinet itself is fantastic. I highly recommend Sergio, the cabinet maker that JAZ works with. I'm already looking forward to the next project we can do with JAZ Developments!

There are not enough words to express how thankful we are to have worked with Joedy and his crew at JAZ Developments. We had a major leak in our home that resulted in needing not one, but two bathroom remodels, as well as a ceiling in desperate need of repair. He was a tireless advocate for us with the insurance company, documenting every last issue to ensure we would end up with a budget that reflected the repairs needed. From there, we worked collaboratively, Joedy with his calm, insightful, and thoughtful suggestions to stretch the budget, and me with a design plan that asked an awful lot. But JAZ Developments delivered. The process was as smooth as possible given we were doing major remodeling, and I arrived home every day to a house that was clean, cared for, and progressing! In a little over two months we were back in order and our bathrooms have never been more beautiful.
And additional and equally important note, the team that works for Joedy is awesome! Ricardo, the site foreman, is exceptional, and the other members of his team are just as terrific. We have two young children and not once did I ever hear an off-color word or cursing. They were respectful, thoughtful, and generous, going to far as to let our dog out to play and even bringing him a bone. Who does that these days?!
I can't sing JAZ Development's praises high enough. They are an exceptional team and I couldn't be happier with the work they did for us.

I had both of my bathrooms remodeled. JAZ provided a detailed bid which was greatly appreciated. They showed up on time each day, cleaned up before they left, were professional, answered my questions and provided input when decisions had to be mad, and were concerned about the cats who live here. Their attention to the entire process really made an impression and I will definitely rehire them when I remodel my kitchen. They were a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for the beautiful bathrooms.

Had Joedy and his crew install bamboo floors and some bathroom lights and vents. Quick response to my inquiry. Easy to schedule and everyone arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. Added a few more items to the list and they never seemed annoyed or bothered by my requests. Cleaned up every night before they left and their attention to detail and the fact that everyone was conscientious of their work and took pride in a job well done makes it easy to recommend JAZ Developments. JAZ development is a professional company with professional customer service. They do a thorough job from start to finish including cleanup. Cleanup is one of my pet peeves as it seems to be falling by the wayside but JAZ covers that as well. Friendly people who care about what they do!

This is long over due. Joedy and his team built us a beautiful ground level deck for our backyard. We had a small problem with the fascia on it when it was done.
