SATISFIED!!! I waited a few days to see if my ceiling would fall before leaving this review. Lol. It did NOT FALL!! I'm not grossed out anymore at the site of the issue. Tried for some time to get this bathroom ceiling fixed. My normal handyman never replied back. So I Google searched for a handyman and ended up on ""Yelp!"" as always. Messaged a few businesses and Jay was one of the ones who answered me back within hour or two able to help. He came over to my home at the scheduled meeting time. Very respectful and ready to work. He listened to my lengthy spill and said no problem. He checked the roof and bathroom ceiling and took pics. No guessing work. He sent a detailed estimate of the scope of work with the price. He ARRIVED on time during the scheduled time window! KUDOS from me. He got to work for a few hours and even tweaked my cosmetic issues I was frowning over and explained why he couldn't make it too much better. He mentioned he is good with tile, wood and some other things. With the service, price, timeliness, work ethic, fast responses and completed good work; He will be scheduled again for a catio (outside cat patio). I would like to see him use a receipts and shoe covers for when he goes and comes from outside. But that's my opinion. Call Jay for your house TLC. He's got you! Oops! Long review. :)
