The technicians were amazing, professional, arrived early to the appointment, quick & efficient. The work done by them gave me great confidence in this company. The owner made this an absolute nightmare. I've worked with a number of electricians over the years and only used this company due to their quoted price and availability because my preferred company was unavailable for this emergency. Worst mistake ever. The owner Enoc lied about the cost when I scheduled service and then changed the price upon completion because ""I should've explained differently"" what I needed from his services (as if I'm an electrician). We sat on the phone and I expressed how disheartened I was at this change since it was of no fault of my own that there was misunderstanding of my service request, to which his response was ""Well you should've called so that I could have explained properly"" though scheduling ONLY took place over the phone. He was firm on what his business protocol was in this instance, but could not produce to the same standard. He stopped taking my calls after payment was made and the only time the phone was answered, he responded shortly and hung up in my face. He made it very clear that my business was not desired or respected. I have never been treated so poorly by any company or owner. I caution consumers to use a more professional company especially if you're on a time crunch or dire situation.

Dishonest... Son came out and gave me a quote for a 14KW Generac install, turnkey job. When I called to ask him to send me the quote, his Dad answered the phone and said he would send over the quote, which he did and it was over $800.00 more than what was quoted. I was not happy with that and let them know that in a reply. I then sent over the quote with my approval. I called to see if they had received it, but no answer. I called several more times and still got no answer, and as of today I still have not gotten a reply. I'll move on from these guys, who seem to bate and switch.

I have used Jay Electric a number of times. Most recently I contacted Jay Electric to unhook a hot tub and they were able to come out quickly. Jay Electric answered on a Sunday and was out to my home on Monday morning.

The previous job I used them for was to actually wire the hot tub and also do some additional work. The quote was fair and the final invoice was in line with the estimates.

I found the staff at Jay Electric to be friendly, reliable, fair, and honest. I would definitely do business with them in the future.

I saw Jays truck while i was shopping at Elliot Electric and took down his #. He wired my restaurant with pendant lights and wall plugs as well as a post in the kitchen to hold 5 dedicated circuits. He came back to me the next day and said he had done some research and needed to change out my plugs in the kitchen because he thought they might not pass inspection AT HIS OWN COST. Jay is an Honest and really great electrician who knows what he can and cant do. I will keep Jay for any electrical issues i have in the future. He is fair and wont over charge you. 5 stars for Jay. There are a LOT of bad electricians out there. Jay is your man. Honest , has integrity and a fair price. I really cant say enough good things about him!!
