Team did a really nice job for me on short notice. I had some basic things to get done like a dimmer switch and some pendant lights. Since I'm afraid of electricity it's worth the money ... install was professional and timely. Technicians were professional and even had bulbs for the pendants that I was a missing. Well used them again. This time for a few smart switches. I'm just not confident enough with electric to do it myself. Fair price. Second time was a different crew but just as good. Showed up on time we're friendly and keep house clean.

Called them at 12:30 ish on a Thursday afternoon they were here before 2! They isolated the trouble (broken wire) affecting my kitchen lights & family room tv and had it fixed in less than 30 mins... did I mention affordable?! It costs more to take my family of 4 out to dinner ... seriously. Call Jay Eletric... now my go-to electrician.
2nd REVIEW... After the outstanding service we received almost 2 weeks ago, we called Jay Electric back out to install 4 recessed lights, remove a chandelier & run wiring to wall mount a TV, while here they noticed my dimmer switch was in need of repair as well( I forgot to mention that to them ahead of time) so they replaced that too. It took them less than 2 hours to complete the jobs. We're already planning what to have them do next. This a local, family owned business we will continue to support.

I had an appointment scheduled for them to come to my house and give me an estimate on some work. They were supposed to call and arrive between 2pm-3pm on a Friday afternoon. I took off of work to meet them and they never showed up and never called. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.
