Enoc and his crew did a great job replacing several recessed lights with LED's. They also installed three new light fixtures, moved a switch from one side of the wall to the other and cleaned up a poor installation of flood lights outside. They were prompt and fairly quick. They were extremely professional and I will use them again when I'm ready to redo the lights in my kitchen.

They were quick to respond however it went downhill quickly.

Asked for a 60amp circuit, a 50amp and a 30 amp to be installed in my warehouse their quote came out about the same as others but they seemed more responsive and could do the work the next day so I went ahead with them. They came and did the work all seemed OK until I looked more closely.

They had installed wire and breaker for a 30amp where the 50 amp was supposed to be so I called them up they came back the next day and redid the wire to make it a 50 amp and then tried to charge me $150 extra for a already installed disconnect box that was included in the original quote (they wanted to remove it to makeup for the extra cost in wire) This box retails for $98 after arguing with him I gave them an extra $60 to makeup for the difference in price of the disconnect compared to what was originally requested (NEMA 14-50 plug) In reality I should not have given them any more money. The guy had a major attitude when he asked me to check the work and acted like he was doing me a favor by installing the wire that was quoted.

Later when I go to connect the 60 amp circuit to my load I find they only used 8 gauge wire (run through 1/2in in conduit) when 60 amp calls for 6 gauge and 6 gauge won't even fit in 1/2in in conduit with 3 wires and a ground. They tried to convince me that it's 6 gauge even though it's clearly 8 gauge, confused I double checked and sure enough it is in fact 8 gauge.

Now get this, they did not even bother to use a stud finder so I had many holes in my drywall where they kept drilling until they found a stud which I had to go back and repair. One of the boxes was only half connected to the wall because they did not have drywall anchors for the side without a stud so I had to go and fix that myself as well.

Don't work with these guys they are not competent electricians who try to penny pinch the job by using the wrong wiring for the job expecting their customers not to know the difference.

I had them come over to find out why my garage GFI was tripping. They traced the wiring and found a line that had exposed insulation with the wires touching. It took several hours to find this problem, but their bill was reasonable. I would hire tome again.

They provided timely service the first time around when we installed an outdoor TV, a couple of outlets and a flood light. Their price was reasonable and provided a quote at the initial meeting. Jokers! Had them scheduled all week for an appointment for an estimate today. Also had another company come out for an estimate earlier. So a crew from this company shows up early while the other company was still here. Then they left saying that the boss would be coming out to do the estimate. What kind of sense does that make? Anyway, so I called ""the boss"" and it sounded like they had already counted me out since I had another company here. I explained to him that, as most people do, I would be getting multiple quotes. He hesitantly agreed to come out again in about an hour or so. So I wait. Until I then receive a call from Jay saying that he won't be coming at all because he supposedly got tied up on a job, and that he couldn't reschedule until a full week from now knowing I need the job done faster. So, needless to say, I decided not to do any business whatsoever with this company at all. Bad customer service from the very start spells disaster later on on in the project.

Actually, if you would've found time in your busy schedule to keep your scheduled meetings, you would've probably gotten the job if you would've stayed even remotely close to what you quoted me earlier in the week. As I mentioned during our phone conversation, my cousin lives a long way away and he probably wouldn't have done it anyway. At least by the time I need it done.
