I reached out to Joe via Yelp. He usually replied within the day. He scheduled an appointment about a week out and showed up when he said he would. Joe installed an outdoor receptacle for me. When he went inside the house to tap into the existing outlet, he had shoe covers and vacuumed the drywall debris when he was finished. He also connected my BBQ island & outlet to an existing junction box. I'm pleased with the work done! Joe was very nice and professional. I would hire him again for future electrical jobs.

I was looking for a new electrician in Hemet, and I sent out a request for quotes on Yelp. JAV Electric came back with the best price quote, and I scheduled them to do 2 ceiling fan installs, and several 'smart home' light switches.

On the day of the appointment, John and Mike arrived within 1 minute of the scheduled time. Both were extremely friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job with all of the installations.

Oftentimes it's the little touches that matter, and perhaps what impressed me the most was that they had brought a small hand vac with them, and cleaned up the dust and debris at the base of the walls where the switches had been installed. While this may not be a huge deal, it's the first time I've had an electrician take the time to do it - and it showed a genuine desire to provide a great customer experience.

Overall I could not have been happier with the service provided by Mike and John of JAV Electric, and they 100% have earned both my repeat business and my strong recommendation to anyone looking for an electrician in the Hemet area!
