After finding Joe on Yelp on a Sunday and asking for an appointment for the next day, Monday, Joe contacted me and said they would be out first thing in the morning to install a ceiling fan. John arrived as expected and installed the ceiling fan quickly and made sure to clean up after the install. John was extremely polite and had no issue installing the fan. A few days later I called Joe to say that there was a clicking noise coming from the fan. John came out the next day to take a look at it but the noise had gone away and hasn't returned since. My point here is how responsive this company is in making sure the customer was happy with their service. I intend to use JAV Electric for all my electric needs! Oh yeah, one more thing... the pricing is super reasonable!

It started with a call to Amy to arrange for a quote for electrical work on our tiny house. She was terrific & arranged for her husband, Joe to meet me at the house to see what we wanted. We didn't even seek another quote. We were that comfortable with them. They scheduled the work immediately. They were on time, friendly, professional, started & finished on time and on quote! The finished product was more than we expected! Under promise & over deliver should be their motto! Even one of the workers commented ""yeah, Joe likes to do a clean job""! Call them! Hire them! You won't be sorry!!!!

Now that we used this company twice within the last week we can verify that the five star reviews are warranted! Last week we had Joe replace our six smoke detectors in our house, both upstairs and one downstairs. He was very professional and did an excellent job. At the end he tested them and they worked fine. Yesterday we had Gilbert and Victor from JAV come out and replace our backyard outside flood light with an LED motion sensor floodlight and again, they were professional and very nice. We didn't even have to go to the store to purchase one. They purchased it which became part of the price at the end. They also cleaned out our circuit breakers outside. In addition to the other positive qualities of this company such as being on time both times, they are also very reasonable in price. I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely hire them the next time we need an electrician. I sure wish all the contractors out there were as good as this company! We used JAV again yesterday to have a switch in a ceiling fan replaced. John was the technician and did a great job. It was a more difficult job than I realized and I would never attempt to do it myself. The fan works just fine again and the cost of the repair was quite reasonable.

I don't think he wants me to leave a review because I had to tell him how to fix it I had to beg him to do what I wanted him to do you showed up 4 hours or 5 hours later than I asked him to do it this post came really late because I don't usually leave post but I'll never have him out here again I should have hired somebody that quoted me a higher price and I learned that you get what you pay for

I had two ceiling fans and a light changed today. Two electricians came out and did the job. They showed up on time, knew their job and did a great job. Both nice, polite and professional.
I have used Jav Electric a few times now, including for rewiring the newly remodeled bath room. They always show up when they are scheduled, know what to do and do a great job. Will not use anyone else now.

Jav Elec too the rescue again. I needed a light installed above my sink, I was originally told by someone else that the job required running wires etc
[ very expensive] I called Jav, Joe [owner] came over and suggested a wireless switch, he saved me alot of money by doing it this way. If you are looking for quality work,fair prices,knowledgeable and honest people, this is who you need call.
