Brian was really respectful about wearing a mask and he was so polite and caring with my mom while he was assembling our ceiling fans. Thank you for such an excellent job. I didn't realize what went into installing a ceiling fan - possibly needing 2 people for install, then separate people for drywall and painting. It looks great - I couldn't tell that it was painted. We ended up not having access to the attic above our 3rd story condo, but they were still able to get it done.

He quoted a price that was very fair; he arrived on time and, even when we encountered a few challenges, he demonstrated that he has the tenacity to not stop until the job is done right. I'm very glad that Brian responded so quickly to my request for service, and that we got him and not someone else! Honestly, for one thing he charged $75 for something that another company told me $225. He was happy to help with additional services, and talked me through the different options and costs to help me reach the best outcome for my family's needs.

Brian stood out from other contractors we've had in here lately, because he was super careful about where he left his tools and where he placed things since I have a 15 month here. Anyways, he's a very nice guy he's very good at his job and I highly recommend him!!
