To say that James and his one-man crew were exceptional would be a terrible understatement. Every step of the way, James updated us on timing, price, planning and any issues that developed. He is a great and creative problem solver and has excellent people and communication skills. He updated our home entertainment system, installed a new TV and speakers, and added lights for our front walk. Every task was completed professionally and a meticulous attention to detail. Plus, James is incredibly pleasant to talk and work with. Highly recommended!!

James is an extremely knowledgeable and capable electrician who installed new lighting and security cameras and monitor in our business. He did an excellent job, providing exactly what we asked for and accommodating a couple extra requests as we went along. Probably equally important to us was the fact that James showed up on the day he said he would and then came back every day till the job was done. Our experiences with most contractors have not been that good--they have a tendency to be unreliable, to put it mildly. He also had to order a camera to replace a faulty one and we didn't have to call and nag him to come back and install it. He did it within the week he said he would. We have been very impressed with James and will definitely use his services again!

Called them to help me with my Internet and cellphone reception issues. I used them once before at my business to install a high speed computer network, wifi access, and cellular booster for our production studio.. but this time called for help with my home. They installed a bunch of amazing equipment that provided my home with amazing wifi coverage and hooked up another cellular booster to solve my terrible cellular reception. They were very professional, priced as they quoted, and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I was hoping to have the experience some of the reviews mentioned however I found him to be very undependable. It took me 3 calls, each time he had a different excuse and said he would call me when he checked his schedule. This went on for two weeks, I felt as though I had to chase and beg for an appointment. I moved on to another company. They wasted a lot of my time.

With regards to customer service, very impressed. James was busy on a job site, considering that I called him at 6:30 pm on a Friday night, and he tried trouble shooting with me to avoid a service charge. He was gonna be tied up for a few hours however he referred me to a colleague and then followed up with me again to make sure I was tended to. Very nice and extremely professional!
