Hi,
I used James Electric to install the 220v wiring, subpanel for a hot tub which is in my backyard. They completed the work on time, despite issues with my trench not quite being straight enough. At first the tub was working, but then it stopped. I was worried that water may have gotten into the electrical parts of the tub after my dad accidently overflowed it while the access panel was open. I notified James Electric and they came out and for free replaced a GFCI breaker which was the culprit. Since then no problems, and it has been about 2 years.

James ( the owner) and Chris are are very courteous, prompt, and if they are going to be late they will call, and very professional. They will not try to sell you something you don't need, nor will they tell you work needs to be done when it doesn't. Both James and Chris are extremely knowledgeable, and will let you know if you have a major problem or just a minor one, and their prices are very reasonable!

Every one at James Electric always have an upbeat attitude and put the customer first above all else!!

If I did not think they were a great company, I would not have kept calling them as long as I have!
