Excellent service and job done. These guys did a tricky recessed light install in an area where it was difficult to access the attic. Most other electricians wouldn't even bother doing this job, so I'm very appreciative of these guys.

I hired Joseph again to do an inspection on a home that I'm currently in escrow with. I mostly wanted him to check out an attached sunroom which had power running to it, but I wasn't certain if it was wired properly. Joseph checked it out, ensured it was done correctly, gave me additional quotes for fixing a couple of floor outlets and a 220 in the garage, and even fixed another outlet for me free of charge.

Just like my first review, I'll be hiring Joseph again for future work. Thank you again, sir!

Joe of JAL responded to my email promptly, and found a way to come to my home right away. He was able to diagnose and repair my again main breaker of the service panel, worked with PGE to get service restored asap. This was all for a cost lower even lower than I'd hoped for.

First time I scheduled for an estimate this gentleman never showed and respond weeks later to my txt on the day of the appointment asking where he was. He responded saying he had a family emergency. I gave him a second opportunity. He bid the job and scheduled for two weeks later. He never showed for the scheduled appointment again!!!

NO SHOW!
Joseph responded right away to my yelp request, so I scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 9 and 11 arrival time. He told me he would message me when he is about 20 minutes out. Joseph never showed up. No text or call, just didn't show. Don't waste your time with Joseph!

On arriving to my house for a consultation, Joseph refused to wear a mask despite the fact that my two-year old son was in the house and hasn't received his Covid-19 vaccination.

I asked Joseph if he could put on a mask before he entered our house, to which he responded,

""I don't wear a mask while I'm working.""

He mentioned that he's received his Covid-19 vaccination, so I asked him if he could show his vaccination card, to which he responded with attitude,

""Yeah, I don't do any of that - That's private information, I'm not going to share that with you.""

I asked him if he was really willing to forego business over not wearing a mask or showing his vaccination card, to which he responded:

""Yeah.""

To top it all off, we had to reschedule our original consultation (which my wife and I had planned our morning around) because Joseph had a last-minute emergency to take care of related to picking up his son from school.

Also, Joseph was 30 minutes late to our rescheduled consultation.

Needless to say, we'll be going with another contractor!
