I do not recommend using this company. They was supposed to have come for an appointment but never showed up...I called for 2 days afterwards and finally got an answer that they was on vacation...didn't even let me know they wasn't coming. So got another appointment they showed up took some pictures then told me they would send me a quote. They took the 75$ and left...a week later didnt h?ave the quote yet..so ?ask for the quote he then told me the tech was sick and he had the pictures. I said okay. So I waited 2 more weeks still nothing..so now it's been over a month still no quote. So I finally ask for my money back and he continued to tell me that was for gas to come to the house . I told him I understand that but I still haven't received anything from them. So it's like he showed up to get 75$ and that was it. He said it was the service fee...I told him I understand that but he didn't do his job and I want to go somewhere else. Needless to say I still don't have a quote and he hung up on me ...then I wrote a review on his page and he wanted to lie and say it was a miscommunication from the warranty company. Also said something about my microwave.. Nothing wrong with my microwave. He wanted to also say that my house is a safety issue that it's not up to date....my house was built in 2009. It is very up to date. It's all lies to make them look good. Even after the review I still don't have quote!

Appalled at the level of price gouging and charging for what was in essence an hours work. Work done Initially was poor and not supervised but corrected thereafter after alerting that initial problem was not remedied. Only after alerting to what was an obvious excess charge was bill brought down and even then to an excess. In future will be avoiding.
