Over the weekend one of the electrical breakers for the deck tripped. Although there was no danger of a fire it was a bit disconcerting to know we had an electrical problem. Jackson was recommended by the man who does all the maintenance work on my home.
They were able to come on Monday. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I asked them to look at other outlets and they found none of the grounds were working. They fixed though I had not indicated these when I called to schedule.
Technicians were knowledgeable and efficient.
I will not hesitate to call them again.

We have used Jackson electric on several occasions for installation and repair. They all prompt, courteous and pick up after themselves. I can't say enough about Tim and Tim.
Our tall angled ceilings were a challenge to install fans and lighting. They did an amazing job of installing with minimal repairs needed on the drywall!

I'm new to the area (from Northern Virginia) and a friend recommended Jackson to me for my new home. It was a smaller-scale lighting job for my backyard. Coming from experience, where sometimes smaller jobs get less attention, I was shocked by the level of expertise and follow through that went into my project. I was told a set time, the crew arrived on schedule, and completed the work with daylight to spare... new to the area but would definitely recommend them.
