I can only highly agree to the previous review. This company is clearly making off money on the monopoly they have been given from the authorities...
Their online service is super shitty and they charge you extra for everything they can, from starting your service to applications over the phone.
After all they are at least 100$ more expensive than Georgia Power with less service...
Stay away from them if you can.

Lowest form of life on earth. It's a monopoly that you can't get away from you can't shop for better rates and at any given time without warning they can charge you whatever they want and complaining does no good they will still break it off in you. I was out of town for work and came home to find my power had been turned off for my bill being 5 days past due. 5 days.. Most places do not even charge you a $10 late fee for paying 5 days late... Instead Jackson EMC cut my power off and then charged me $195 worth of fees just to reconnect it on top of my bill. Which was $155 for a single person who lives alone and has not been home over half the month with no air or heat running. I asked them to make this right because they had just cut it off an hour before I could get off work to come pay the bill and they beat around the bush and refused to alter the fines in any way. So you Jackson EMC get a big thumbs down and I cannot wait for the day to mail you your final check with fu*k you written at the bottom and switch to Georgia power
