Don't bother asking for a supervisor. The customer service reps learn it from their supervisors who are just as rude and who can care less about assisting the customers. Because we have no choice but to receive services from Jackson EMC. There is no other electric service in our area.

Vanessa supervisor in the call center is RUDE she doesn't allow you to talk she talks all over you. Please if you ask for a supervisor and she answers the call please do yourself a favor and hang up. call back and speak with someone else, You will not get anywhere speaking with her. Vanessa=TRASH I hope she can read this please forward this to everyone and I will do the same get her out of the call center!!!!!!
