Company Overview

In 1949, Tennis Jackson Electric began as a business focused on electrical contracting and repairs. We deliver a wide array of services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Our specialization includes the design and installation of HVAC, lighting, and ventilation solutions. Our team is equipped to handle various on-site repairs and maintenance tasks. Our sister company, Jackson Security Services, supplies access control systems and gate operators. They also supply emergency generators, burglar fire alarms, and surveillance camera systems. As one of the largest locally owned security companies in West Alabama, Jackson Security Services is a trusted name.

Tennis Jackson started as an electrical contracting firm in the Tuscaloosa area. In 1951, we incorporated heating and air conditioning into our service offerings. We expanded into burglar alarms in 1954.

Chuck Turner partnered with us in 1972 and purchased the company in 1988 following Mr. Jackson's retirement.

Since that time, we have grown into a complete service provider for HVAC, security, and electrical systems. Our services extend across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. I became a partner and General Manager at Tennis Jackson Electric in 1972, having worked on design projects for NASA and other notable firms.
