Company Overview

Tennis Jackson Electric was established in 1949 as a provider of electrical contracting and repair services. Our offerings cater to a diverse clientele, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Our expertise lies in the design and installation of lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Additionally, we offer numerous on-site repair and maintenance services. We also have Jackson Security Services, which provides access control systems and gate operators. They also supply emergency generators, burglar fire alarms, and surveillance camera systems. Jackson Security Services is recognized as a leading independent security provider in West Alabama.

Initially, Tennis Jackson launched an electrical contracting business in Tuscaloosa. In 1951, we expanded our services to include heating and air conditioning. In 1954, we entered the burglar alarm market.

Chuck Turner became a partner in 1972 and acquired the business in 1988 after Mr. Jackson retired.

The company has transformed into a full-service provider for HVAC, security, and electrical installations. Our services extend across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Having completed design projects for NASA, Rust Engineering, Systems Control, and Moore-Handley, I joined Tennis Jackson Electric as General Manager and partner in 1972.
