Company Overview

Tennis Jackson Electric was established in 1949 as a provider of electrical contracting and repair services. We deliver a wide array of services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Our specialization includes the design and installation of HVAC, lighting, and ventilation solutions. We also provide a range of repair and maintenance services on-site. Jackson Security Services, our sister company, offers gate operators and access control solutions. They specialize in emergency generators, fire alarms, and camera systems. As one of the largest locally owned security companies in West Alabama, Jackson Security Services is a trusted name.

Initially, Tennis Jackson launched an electrical contracting business in Tuscaloosa. In 1951, we incorporated heating and air conditioning into our service offerings. In 1954, we entered the burglar alarm market.

Chuck Turner became a partner in 1972 and acquired the business in 1988 after Mr. Jackson retired.

The company has transformed into a full-service provider for HVAC, security, and electrical installations. Our services extend across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. In 1972, I joined Tennis Jackson Electric as General Manager and partner, bringing experience from design projects with NASA and other major companies.
