Moving into a new house, we had some lighting upgrades that we needed to do with a fairly quick timeframe before move-in.

Charles was able to fit us into his schedule and worked a 12 hour day to get the job completed. He did a great job installing 3 banks of LED recessed lighting with Lutron switches for smart dimming features. He was super personable and had some great suggestions on light spacing and placement.

For the lights he sighted them in with a laser for perfect alignment. His wire pulls and box work were super clean and he fixed a bad 3 way switch and installed a couple of new fans in a fraction of the time I could have done it.

Charles came out the same day as my phone call to install lights on the front of my house, on either side of my rolling garage door. There were not any there previously. Everything is symmetrical and installed well. He was competitively priced and I am already creating a wishlist around the house to have him come back out.

Charles was the first to get back to me from the three electricians on the Yelp list in my area-- an hour or so before one of them, and a full day before the third. His response was literally within 20 minutes. I called him and he came out within 30 minutes of the time I had finished with PG&E. When he arrived he looked over the situation and I called the guy from PG&E who had come out to assess the situation. They both talked on the phone while Charles was standing at my main breaker box. They both agreed on the fix. Charles went out to do an estimate in a neighboring town and came back directly after with the parts we needed. He got to work, fixed everything, double-checked everything in and in and out of the house. Then, I wrote him a check for an extremely reasonable price. In short, I would never go with anyone else from now on. He is knowledgeable, skilled, really nice, fair, and responsive.
