Charles came out the same day as my phone call to install lights on the front of my house, on either side of my rolling garage door. There were not any there previously. Everything is symmetrical and installed well. He was competitively priced and I am already creating a wishlist around the house to have him come back out.

Just purchased a new house and was looking to have a few outlets added before moving in. Requested availability from several electricians, and Charles not only responded within 30 minutes, but he was available the next day. Not only was he available, he was early. Not only was he early, he did a fantastic job. He even killed a couple black widows (making him my wife's hero!) before I got there. We will call Jackson Electric for all of our needs!

Charles was the first to get back to me from the three electricians on the Yelp list in my area-- an hour or so before one of them, and a full day before the third. His response was literally within 20 minutes. I called him and he came out within 30 minutes of the time I had finished with PG&E. When he arrived he looked over the situation and I called the guy from PG&E who had come out to assess the situation. They both talked on the phone while Charles was standing at my main breaker box. They both agreed on the fix. Charles went out to do an estimate in a neighboring town and came back directly after with the parts we needed. He got to work, fixed everything, double-checked everything in and in and out of the house. Then, I wrote him a check for an extremely reasonable price. In short, I would never go with anyone else from now on. He is knowledgeable, skilled, really nice, fair, and responsive.

Hi all,
We worked with Charles on a home renovation project Fall 2019. He was great. The job took several days with work in the home, attic and under the house. Outlet boxes grounded, bathroom fan installed, in-ground wiring placed, electrical fuseboxes placed. Compared to the other quotes for the job we are very happy with the price, prompt start and finish of the job and quality. Charles was respectful, honest and kind. We will gladly call him again for any electrical work.

Bad communication. They scheduled a time to call, never did. Schedule an apt only to have them cancel. I don't know the quality of their work.
