I called Glass Electric to install a new Ring Doorbell - Pro-model after attempting to install it myself. I'm usually pretty handy but this one required power from the old doorbell to the chime box in the foyer. The wires had been damaged when we installed the new door so the Ring was not getting power. CJ from Glass electric was like a forensics investigator and found where the wires had been cut and spliced a new wire to get power to the doorbell. He did not give up until he fixed it! I've used them in the past and have never been disappointed! I'm so happy to have my Ring Doorbell working!!!

Scheduled for a week to change out fixtures and received a ""courtesy call"" that they wont be showing up. With one person calling out they didnt not want to pull the other guys from larger jobs. Leaving me scrambling to find an electrician 17 hours from work start!! Completely unprofessional and their reasoning was the other job was more important and they are a ""mom and pops shop"". So I guess i should just hire a larger company if this one cant stay organized.

Had them come do an estimate for a whole-house generator. Jimmy was extremely professional, polite, and thorough. And their plumbing sub (for that part of the estimate) was also great. I'm still on the fence about having the work done, but if I do, I'm going with them!

They gave us a reasonable estimate and we are very happy that we found an excellent company. Darryl was with us and he is a very friendly guy who left his space clean. We LOVE, LOVE Kerry Glass!! He has been so amazing to work with and has fixed so many things for us in our previous house and in our current house. He can fix anything, and he does it so politely and neatly and is a REALLY GOOD GUY! We love giving our business to the small independent companies in Atlanta! I also forgot to mention that he is very reasonable and does not charge you for anything unless it needs doing! Kerry and his brother just took over their father's business so they are working hard to get their business going. Glass Electric is a TRUE GEM, one that is very hard to find.... you will never regret using them!
