Jairo is incredible. Came out on a Sunday morning, on time, listened to the issues we were having, and did a thorough room by room analysis. He identified a critical issue with our panel and remedied the issue. Extremely professional, listens, and fantastic follow-up. Highly, highly recommended.

Scheduled a service call with JAAC, but it got rescheduled twice. On the day they were supposed to arrive I provided my address in the morning but they never showed up. Unprofessional.

Very responsive and good communication. Fair price, but poor results. My panels were extremely dirty, however, he did not get them clean. I'm sure it wasn't the norm, but I definitely wasn't happy with the results.

Jairo sets the bar with his customer service, knowledge, and expediency.

I had an issue with my electrical plug for my EV charger. Jairo was able to come the next day, diagnose, and resolve the issue.

Jairo even reached out to me the next day to recommend some further issues and without his genuine care for us as a customer , I would have had another issue down the road that could have been catastrophic.

Jairo will be doing all of our electrical work from now on and we can't recommend him enough. Jairo is a diamond in the rough.
