Amazing, after 4 other technicians from other companies consulted on our house trying to find out why anything connected to light switches didn't work and had no idea what to do next, we were offered useless, expensive and dangerous alternatives that made no sense. Then we were introduced to J Yelen and they sent out Jack. He crawled all over out house with a ""tracer"", something the other technicians said might help but chose not to bring with them.

Well in 2 hours Jack found a loose wire splice, twisted it 3 times and we had light! Something the others couldn't seem to do in 22 days out elapsed time between appointments. He also saw a couple of switches that were getting old and about to fail and he took a few extra minutes to put new ones in for us. In addition he was a lot of fun to talk to about his experiences in the field over the past 30 years.
