The issue didn't really start with this company, it was the home warranty company that sent them out. The technician was late, rude, and seemed 'bothered' to fix this issue, then he came and told me he didn't have time to fix it and would have to leave and didn't even want to give me a quote. He wanted me to reschedule with the office. Why would I want you to come out if you don't have time to fix it or to even give me a quote? We (j&v and I)spoke to the home warranty co. And they stated that it was their mistake they sent them out, and told them to charge the warranty co for the service call- not me (I was on the phone with Monica, and the warranty co on 3 way). So it's been a few weeks later I see the credit card charge on MY credit card. I wasn't going to write a bad review for them because Monica was trying to resolve the issue... but it looks like it wasn't resolved. I never seem to get my call answered when there's a problem and I have to keep calling back, now I'm trying to get this issue resolved.

After purchasing a new home I noticed a couple of circuit breakers kept tripping. My home warranty company contracted with this company who sent someone out to replace them. The guy said nothing was wrong with them. As soon as he left, they blew again. Sixty five bucks down the drain. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They proceed with work before price is agreed upon, then expect to be paid their inflated price when job is completed!
