Had a emergency no power in the house! Called them talked to Jose he came very quick! He called TID and then he got the parts! Got the job done in a timely manner!

Jose came out after hours, he was here within 15 minutes, even though he said half an hour. The time didn't matter to me, I had breakers that went out and my AC stopped working, when I flipped the breaker I heard a sizzling sound. That's when I called Jose, I was worried I had or was going to have an electric fire. When Jose came he also heard the noise, which is always nice to know that what you heard was really there. He took a look at my panel tightened the breakers and checked the load, he went into detail everything he was doing, which I also appreciated. I informed him an electrician representative for AHS is scheduled to come out, so Jose wrote out what that electrician needs to do. Jose left, but made me feel that I was safe enough, till AHS comes out. Thank you again, Jose. It's nice to know there is trusted service in the city you live in.

Called to haver breakers checked, made appt for 6:00 pm, no show. I called at 7 pm said he was on a job bot would come Sunday at noon. Waited until 1:00 called said he had a job emergency but would call me by 4:00 to come check for me. Again no call. Called at 8:00 pm sent to vm. A courtesy call would have been appreciated.

I called about 3pm on a Wednesday after my husband could not figure out why our outlets had stopped working in a couple of the rooms. Jose told me he could have someone out about 5:30 that same day. Totally wasn't expecting that quick of a response. About 10 minutes later, I got a call from the technician, Junior, who said he was in Lodi and would be here about 5...and he was!
Junior was very professional, figured out the problem quickly (faulty gfci) and when he replaced the faulty gfci, he routed it, so in the future if it tripped, it would only affect the bathroom it was in, not the other rooms.
Absolutely, great service and will definitely use them in the future!

All the electrical outlets in the kitchen were not working. I called a few other electricians and electrical companies who quoted an initial visit/assessment would cost at least $350, not including repairs, materials, etc. Thankfully, I called J.S. Power Electric and spoke to Jose. He was extremely kind and was able to come out and assess the problem and provide a quote, without charge, the SAME DAY. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem and taught us what to and what not to do to prevent the problem from happening again. Jose was kind and honest. I am so thankful and appreciative of the service he provided to my family. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND J.S. Power Electric.

Jose is a skilled and honest electrician. He installed two ceiling fans, did some dimmer switch installation and ran all the wiring from two TVs behind the wall. He even performed some extras at no additional charge and cleaned up/fixed the shoddy install work from the Directv rep! His customer service is outstanding and he even checked back with me when I had an issue that was unrelated to his work. Jose's commitment to excellence and pride in his business is a rare thing these days. Also, his prices are reasonable. Can't get any better than that.
