I'm still waiting for the estimate which was supposed to be sent to me three weeks ago. Numerous phone calls were handled in a manner which made it clear that they did not want my business (replacement of two complete systems). Extremely unprofessional.
Up until June 16, 2020 I trusted J&S AC Heating and Air. They installed an AC on June 2019 and it appeared to work well until June 18, 2020 when it began leaking onto my master closet carpet. A plumber, spent several hours locating the leak and repaired it. He found: condensate drain in attic - it was leaking down the duct chase, drain was installed badly, was not glued, and was also stopped up. As a result, I had expensive fees for the plumber, dry wall repair and to replace the carpet. I will not use them again.
Terrible experience. No sense of customer care whatsoever. The contractor originally gave us a 6 hour window of time and after coordinating someone to be at my house for that length of time, they stayed less than 5 minutes just to say they couldn't repair. They left but did not make a follow up plan. Two days later, I called simply to find out when and how it would be repaired. They put me on hold for over 5 minutes and then Michelle, the supervisor gave me all sorts of excuses and reasons for why they failed to repair or were unable to reschedule AND never gave me a time frame for rescheduling or fixing. We just want to be able to go back to our home comfortably with our 4 month old newborn and 5 year old daughter! She was not the least bit concerned. She also found every way to put it back on us and the weather. Their job is to fix the AC, not blame us for why they couldn't. My husband called back, and she hung up on him! Then my mother called back and Bailey said they transferred us to another company because we YELLED at them. Total lie! I never even raised my voice. Asking questions and wondering when I will be able to return to my home is normal and should be followed up with customer care and concern. That's obviously not in their business plan. Do NOT USE THEM.
I agree with the previous reviewing. These guys have in depth knowledge on HVAC systems and they're very ethical. They fixed my unit while another company said I had to replace The Who system. They were on time for every visit and Ben is awesome.
Great family owned company. Their prices and work ethic beats everyone around town. They're always on time and super friendly. Highly recommended.
