Javier is a top-notch electrician. He was very responsive to an urgent request to rewire my bathroom (full home-run back to the panel). He got the job done in no time and for a great price. He was professional and super friendly. After I stupidly put a staple through one of the wires while installing the installation, he came out immediately to inspect the wire and made sure it was safe - free of charge. Class act all the way. I would certainly use him for my residential electrical needs and would recommend to others.

Javier is easy to communicate with, honest and follow through. He helps with many electrical projects around our home, from fixing the light to connect the electrical and internet wires from the panel to the new addition project. We had a minor scare this morning. One of our electrical outlets burned causing alarms to go off. I' m so glad I called J Rivas electric . I spoke to a live person Javier and said he would come out right away and be at my house in 30 minutes. Such an amazing nice guy. He took care of the problem . Professional and reasonable. The electricity went out to my bathroom after turning the vanity light on. I submitted a request for an electrician and Javier was responsive and able to fit me in quickly. He did a very thorough job of troubleshooting to find out what the issue was (ultimately a bad switch) and fixing it. He also installed 4 GFCIs upon my request helping to make a 1977 house safer. He took his time to explain things along the way (such as how it was wired and showing me how it should be, which he did) and made sure to address all of my concerns, but didn't attempt to up-sell me on anything either. He did a phenomenal job and I will be sure to go to J. Rivas Electric for all of my electrical needs.
